No bid Tuesday or Wednesday. A text Thursday saying I should have a bid that afternoon but still there was nothing. Friday, I sent a message stating I'd gone with another company. I get a reply apologizing and informing me that they are gearing towards commercial clients.... I'm still confused by why someone contacted me to do a bid on a residential property they weren't interested in that caused me to have to rush home for the bid. The one star is because this whole experience was just really unprofessional and a waste of time on both of our parts.
