When I dropped it off I paid my $500 deductible in cash. (If you pay them anything you better video it) There is constant delays it's going to be ready and then it's the next week and then the next. When it is finally done I make arrangements to pick it up and they want my deductible again. I explained I paid in cash when I dropped it off 4 months ago (the insurance paid them 6 months ago) and they said no you didn't we don't take payments like that. Rob took my money when I dropped it off, I just have no proof so I had to pay my deductible again to get my trailer. When I picked it up there was no walkthrough showing what was done. I never received a copy of the estimate or anything explaining what the over 15k was going for. The work looks un professional on the inside and very subpar. I hope that the roof replacement was done better, but only time will tell. I do not recommend using this company but if you do, video and record every conversation, ask for everything in writing. I asked for copies of every piece of paper and I hardly got anything, I received a paper saying work to be performed was as per estimate but never saw the estimate. Consumer beware. I am very unhappy. Shop around get real reviews before ever dealing with a business, I am learning the hard way being back in Texas.

I purchased an RV from the Holiday World of Willis location. The salesman and manger I dealt with…read morein finding the RV were great to talk and deal with. Be careful with this location if you need anything beyond that, like service. I purchased the RV and brought it home. First time opening the slide, I found the track and assembly pushing sideways and grinding. I did have the extended coverage, so RV was returned within 12 hrs of delivery. Since the RV return, I have been getting an unending run around from the service department. No return calls from Mgr down. I was told how they were waiting on the claim approval. First approval from the local management and then again days later from the warranty approval l department. When service informed me that they had to wait on the approval, I called the warranty company that the claims were turned into for approval, they informed me no claims were even submitted from Holiday World. Today, I find out they are needing another week. I asked if they were aware that I had the RV 12 hrs but they are keeping it over a month. The service tech only said they are following their process. If the service contract is a 12-month period and they blow over a month trying to get the unit to it's first use. Think about everything you are getting from this location. All of this was due to a discontinued track that I could even see on google that if the unit was taken in the tracks/gears had to be replaced. Just think about it.

The next day it was back to blowing warm air. Again Scott came out and replaced the control circuit board and the a/c is working perfectly.
