I looked at my engine bay and oil was spilled everywhere in the engine bay. They left the oil filter loose while moving it to another lift and caused the oil to go everywhere in my ENGINE bay. On top of that they didn't mention anything to me after about this. Service was very UNSATISFACTORY and UNPROFESSIONAL. Couple days later my check engine light turned on and now my catalytic converter is damaged and the manager ( RENO & CHRISTIAN) told me they wouldn't be able to cover the costs of the damages that were done. what a disappointment.
