There is also frequently family coming to watch their little loved ones swim. The staff is friendly and the coaches are great with children of all ages. They have many people who have been there for years as well as some new coaches who I've seen training on multiple occasions. The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's hot in there. I completely understand why the pool area would need to be warm and as someone who has been in the water with her baby, I appreciate it, but for the people who are watching someone swim, it gets REALLY uncomfortably warm sometimes... and im usually cold. I appreciate the fact that you can easily cancel a lesson if you need to and you have a year to make it up. There is also an app that shows your child's progress and it makes it easy to find dates for make up lessons.

We got on a wait-list (highly nerve-wrecking) and made it in just under the wire. They have a few different options regarding attendance, 5 days a week, Mon/Weds/Fri or Tues/Thurs. class is from 9:30am- 1:30pm. This is a pre-k run out of a Methodist church so God and Jesus are very much a part of the curriculum. My husband and I aren't very religious but have no problem with this aspect. I took 1 star off because I truly wish they incorporated some dual language into the curriculum. I've noticed more early education programs offering this (mainly downtown) but it would be the cherry-on-top to also have this at HH. The teachers honestly care, the parents are involved and it's a fabulously loving environment for kiddos.

We came with a list of questions, which they answered each and everyone of them. Just seeing how happy the kids were and not shy to say hi to us. Even the parents without prompt could easily tell we were new parents looking for a daycare and we had several parents walk by saying "hey, you'll love it here so don't looked any where else". Since day one we have been beyond happy with this location and those parents were so right! The location visually looked clean, smelled clean, happy kids, happy teachers, great curriculum, keep us informed, and of course adhere to COVID precautions. As being a FTM they were very patient with all my questions through out the day while I was at work. Which is so important because I have other friends that have their kids in other daycares and literally cry at work because they feel their daycare makes them feel like they are a bother or that their worry isn't warranted. When I hear this I am grateful that I found a daycare that I trust to care for my daughter, feel comfortable with all aspects, and great communication. The facility does not have a camera but that wasn't a deal breaker from us. The app they use provides us detailed information on her diaper changes, activities, pictures of them at daycare, meal/bottle times and how much they consumed, and nap times. Instead of calling if it isn't urgent your can communicate with them throught the message tab. Which totally helps especially if you are busy at work and can't be on the phone. I personally prefer no camera so that it prevents hackers to hack into it and see.my daughters routine for potential sex traffickers. Very paranoid about that. Teachers: Ms. Nguyen was one of my daughter's infant 1 teachers and she would initially be in the room to receive my daughter. The first day I dropped her off and watched through the window they placed her in a bouncer, Ms. Nguyen went to her and Quinn quickly smiled at her. That made my heart melt and of course provided me comfort. Other morning Ms. Nguyen would bring her to the window and have Quinn see us. Ms. Sayler became my daughter's favorite teacher. She has been with my daughter in the infant 1 room since the first day she has been attending. She is the afternoon teacher and would bring my daughter out to me when I pick her up and let me know how she did that day. You can tell how quickly they formed a bond with each other and it was super cute. We are sad that she won't be at Primrose in the new year to care for our next baby but happy for her new venture. I know my daughter will miss her dearly and probably realize it when she goes looking for her. Ms. Vitellio is her main infant 2 teacher and she is so sweet and super chill, which I admire for handling little humans all day! She was great in picking up teething cues, learned our daughters fake cries, weaning her off her pacifier, and helping her grow developmentally. Ms. Mary is the owner of this location but very visible! How she remembers every kids names and parents is beyond me but impressive. She is out and about helping out, which I feel is important to be hands on. My daughter also is familiar and comfortable with her which lets me know that she is very hands on! She also gives us updates on what she observes about our daughter. Ms. Cochran is the director which I know is hard to do during a pandemic and making those phone calls when a parent, child, or teacher test positive. She has always been friendly and non stressed when we see her and also knows the kid and parents well. Everyone at the front desk as well gives us updates on our child and greets us with warmth. The facility as a whole that we have interacted with has been so welcoming, friendly, and truly amazing! We honestly cannot thank this location enough and truly are blessed to have such an amazing daycare down the road from where we live.

There is a small child to teacher ratio and you can tell that the teachers genuinely love kids. My daughter learns new things everyday and comes home everyday with arts and crafts that she made. A great thing about it is that the classes are conducted from 9 to 2, but if you need to drop your child off earlier or pick them up later, they have an extended care before and after school. The guys would hate to come here and complained about it taking forever, or it being cold. Most people coming here are coming for either a drug test, physical, or to take some safety training required for the plant they are needing access. The developers try to make the courses entertaining but there is only so much you can do to make being safe sound fun. Everywhere in fact is cold so defiantly bring a jacket but it beats being out in the Texas heat working. You are able to bring snacks and drinks to courses as well. We are required to take several of the courses as employees and they aren't that bad. The drug testing takes a bit if you are a walk in so I suggest making an appointment or just be here first thing in the morning before everyone else that is coming for the same thing. I really love working here. It like a family. My coworkers are great, the higher ups are always understanding, and the employee engagement is great. They are always doing things like lunches or family events on the weekend, or just sending treats to our break rooms to let the employees know they are valued. It really makes s difference when you work somewhere that values you as an employee.

You can call and check on your baby anytime of the day and they transfer you to their teacher who will talk to you and give you an update on them immediately. The owner is absolutely amazing and will help with anything at anytime you need. They truly care about your baby and your family.
