Called here to see if they had a particular item in stock and Travis answered the phone in spite of him being busy and asked me to hold for a brief moment. He forgot after the rush of customers to pick the phone back up which is an honest mistake that we've all made and left me on hold for 30 minutes. My tone was extremely elevated and I was obviously being unreasonable but he just kept apologizing and listening to me shout. After I left I acknowledged that in hindsight I could've gave him the benefit of the doubt by simply hanging up the phone and calling again so I drove back and apologized for my rude behavior and he continued to make excuses for me and reassured me that my attitude was sensible (which it wasn't) I didn't get the product I was looking for but Travis even offered to search online for some possible sellers.
