Upon arrival the staffs acknowledged me and helped me right away. They have great selections so I ended up buying 2 pairs when I predetermined to purchase just 1 shoe. Rate my experience 100/10. The staff here is pretty informative. They know their stuff. They're very kind and patient on letting us know the release date and all the information you want about shoes. I've gone in the store and ask a lot of questions as well as called in and talk to Cameron and he answered all my questions. I'm a new collector and it's really nice to start a good relationship with the store associates. Unfortunately Manor has become toxic with these special release / limited items. It's supposed to be fair for everyone but Manor knowingly gives insider information to the resell store across the street as well as a local sneaker cook group, making the release cooked before you ever got a chance. The email sent to Manor's subscribers notified of the release the morning of, late, knowing the massive line of people, some who even camped out the night before, all of which had the connection. It's blatant, especially for a place claiming to be more "neighborhood" like. Well done Manor, eventually Nike/Jordan will catch up to the bad business & revoke the contract. Very cool collection of vintage and new made to look vintage gear. I am a big fan of New Balance and I found myself a unique pair for only $90! The shop is small but that just means more concentration of cool stuff and less to weed through. read more

This trendy hip store is located in a strip mall in downtown corridor of Phoenix. Shopping in the area lead me to this place. The hip window display is what brought me in. I happen to find more in the store that I liked then did not like. I ended up buying a quality piece of luggage. They offer both male and female clothing, accessories and gifts. The staff was super helpful and made the shopping experience fun. I will be back as they have a unique sneaker collection and some really cool Adidas items. read more

Spoke with owner before purchasing shoes since they were a gift. Mentioned that I did not live in the area and might be a few weeks to exchange since my nephew was going on vacation. He told me no problem as long as it was an exchange. Fast forward to today. Came in to exchange and spoke with the sales people. They were very nice and apologetic and they text the owner who said no there was nothing they could do. Shoes I wanted to exchange were still a part of their current full price assortment. All I wanted was an exchange. It is important to me to support local businesses, this is why I drive to uptown to shop. Unfortunately this local business does not value their customers. Came here for the first time today. The girl at the front was so nice, I think her name was Lauren. I was looking for a friends gift and she was suggesting multiple stuff and telling me about other brands available. They have really cool vintage baseball T-shirts that are then plastered with the name "Manor" on them. Très chic. The shoe selection is also very eclectic. I was surprised to find a pair of shoes that were sold out on the Nike SNKRS app. Glad I stopped by! And will be returning in the future. I was absolutely stoked to walk into the manor a few days ago, it was a feeling only comparable to getting up on your first maverick of a wave or pulling out your reusable straw at a coffee shop and saving the patriarchal system of the turtle species. As soon as me and my fire gf walked in, homeboy behind the counter hit us with a question that was insightful to my soul. freaking "tentacles or lobster claws" on the surface this seems like a simple question but in reality that is the essence of customer service. It got my fire gf engaged with the store right away and got us both amped on contemplation. Store owner is super rude and unprofessional (blames you, creates roadblocks, hangs up on you, denies that there is an issue at all so basically calls you a liar) if there is any issue with your product. If you are giving them a sale, they will gladly take your business. But they will not rectify a bad product experience and in turn, they ruin any potential future business. Good companies stand behind their products and also should genuinely care about the customer experience--whether it makes them money or not. That's how you keep people coming back and the long-term ROI ends up being worth it. I'm sure they must have a hard time keeping clients loyal when they treat them so poorly. Beware of the return policy!! I was gifted a pair of $300 boots, but wanted a different size and style. They do not stock the other boots, said they could not order them for me, and refused a full return of the boots, saying they would only offer store credit. When I inquired as to why, I was told "because that is how boutiques work". If you're paying this much for shoes, I would expect much better customer service. As much as I like to support local, you are much better off purchasing the same shoes from a big box store that actually cares about customer retention. read more

I bought shoes for my brother from Manor for Christmas. I was aware before I bought the shoes that for returns you only get store credit but wasn't aware of the 14 day return policy. So I took them in today (27 days since I bought the shoes) to exchange them for store credit since my brother didn't like the shoes. And they wouldn't accept the shoes since it wasn't within the 14 days. Management wasn't willing to work anything out with me so I now have thrown away $185. I would not recommend buying shoes from here. You can get the same items from Nordstrom and they have way better costumer service. read more

If you buy from here, and may want to return your purchase within 14 days, make sure the tags are on and you have the receipt because even if you bring the tags back they won't accept it.
