Five Alarm Security isn't perfect, what I do appreciate about the company and Sean is their willingness to listen to issues that their customers are experiencing as well as their effort to resolve their deficiencies. The issues that I had in the past have been resolved and I feel it's the right thing to increase my review to 4 stars to show my appreciation. They were competitively priced, and didn't have the "you dont know what I'm talking about" tax that I was getting from others. On the day of, they came out and got it done in a few hours. Mounting Canvas TVs (great TVs, horrible mounting system), setting up Sonos bars and hiding the cords in walls so it fits seamlessly. It honestly looks like a painting when not in use when there arent cords ruining the aesthetic. They even had a drywall guy that came the same day for the work outside their scope.
