I would not recommend at all. I actually had a good experience buying the car but I found out that the car I purchased was in two accidents that caused structural damage. I was told the car was in one accident. The fact that cars with structural damage can only be sold at auction dealers was brought to my attention when I traded it in. I still owe 24k (it's an Audi) and the trade in was only 12k. I literally lost 12k because of their lie. Why was I trading the car in? Because it couldn't keep an assignment due to the structural damage. I feel like they are a big scam. Only after talking with a couple other friends did I realize they had similar experiences. Car sold to me was a lemon, the roof leaked when it rained, tires dry rotted, rust on interior, was in the shop more than the road during my 9 months of ownership. When I called to complain they basically told me to talk to the manufacturer and to screw off. Offlease Only Orlando provided a great sales experience, but unfortunately after the car was sold the customer service experience was nonexistent. I purchased the car on 05/09/2020 and drove it back to Tampa where I reside, on Wednesday 05/13/2020 I took my vehicle to Lexus for a general inspection. Lexus did their inspection and provided me a list of information that needed to be worked on (Front Brakes and Rotors needed to be replaced - they were 1 millimetre thick, AC filter, Windshield wipers, Brake Fluid Exchange, and Four Wheel Alignment). After receiving these news I proceeded to call Offlease Only Orlando customer service and sent them the inspection report. I received a call from their customer service manager and she requested that I send her a photo of the brake pads since their mechanic found it strange that the front brake pads needed to be changed and the back ones were in good shape. I told her that getting a pic was not an option since I would have to take it back to the dealership so they could remove the wheel and get a good angle of the front brake pads. I advised her that all that information was on the official inspection report from Lexus. I also requested a copy of the inspection they performed on the car before selling it to me and have yet to receive it. A couple of hours passed and I received a phone call from a Service Manager who was trying to make amends of this unfortunate situation. He advised that I bring in my car so they can fix the issues that should have been resolved before they sold it. I told him that I cannot drive the car 65 miles on 1 millimetre thin brake pads, I informed him that the Lexus dealership was 3 miles away from my house and it would be safer for me to drive it there if they are willing to comp the brakes. His response to that was "there is no difference in driving 3 miles to 65 miles". After reiterating the fact that I am not driving that far with faulty brakes that they so negligently did not fix before selling, he tried to find another solution. He called back within the hour and told me that they could have the car towed (leaving me without transportation until it is fixed), fix everything from the inspection report Lexus provided except swapping the brake fluid. Only catch was that I would have to find my way from Tampa to Orlando (either rent a car that would not be covered by them, or inconvenience a family member to drive me to Orlando). I mentioned that they were going to spend the same amount of money taking my car to Orlando, they could just cover the brakes at the Lexus dealership. He proceeded to tell me that he could not authorize that much money on brakes and rotors, I then asked him for a Manager which his response was "I am the manager", I told him that everyone reports to someone and asked for his direct manager which he just replied "I report to the GM and he is not in today". Due to his lack of professionalism, I no longer wanted to speak to him and ended the call since there was no interest in providing a pleasant customer experience. In the end, I took my car to Lexus to have the repairs done since it was a risk driving the vehicle with those brakes. At the end of September 2022 I went through offleaseonly in orlando Florida to purchase a 2017 Ford fusion. The car hard a noise that I inquired about before I test drove it. The sale person told me it was just the car charging the battery. I've never on or drove a hybrid so I believed him. Come Jan 1st 2023 my car started performing oddly. I took it to firestone for a diagnostic. They couldn't for certain tell me if it was the transmission but they suspected it was but informed me to take it to the Ford dealership and have them check it out. I had my vehicle towed to peacock Ford of Maitland where they confirmed it was the transmission and because of the time I had the vehicle the dealership should have known that this problem was occurring. On Jan 10th 2023 I contacted offleaseonly of orlando, fl. To inquire of some type of solution and I was immediately told by their customer service that it was nothing they can do for a none running vehicle since it wasn't within the 30days I had this car for 3 months to now have to figure out how I will be getting another form of transportation. Went here to check out a car. First, it's not like any car dealer I've ever been to. Walking into the building there were lots of people (workers and customers). They have computer terminals so you can search their inventory. You don't stroll around the lot really as they have a huge inventory. My salesman was Sam. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. He understood I was interested in only one car and didn't try to talk me into others. He went over the CarFax with me and other information. Someone had gotten there before me and was trying to buy the car and Sam kept me informed the whole time. During the finance portion, Shany was very friendly even though it was getting pretty late. He didn't make us feel rushed. My only real complaint is that when first walking in, you just don't really know what you are supposed to be doing. There isn't a clear sign for checking in. read more

Nightmare. Found and issue during the test drive. They said it would be covered under the warranty. It wasn't. Took the car back, they said that when we added HID lights immediately after purchase someone took the bumper off and removed a sensor which cause the issue. The bumper was never removed, the issue came from purchase. After spending an entire day at off lease and being denied repair I drove off the lot only to find the car now had a grinding noise. I took it back immediately, the car was at off lease for 2 days. Now they can't find the issue and are returning the vehicle in worse conditions. GM won't do anything, total scam. I give them 4 stars because this is not a one on one personal experience. With that being said Felix did his best to accommodate us while helping other customers. We looked at a few Tahoe's and finally found one we liked that Felix hunted down for us. I told him what amenities I wanted and he knew the exact one to bring for me to test drive. He knew his inventory right down to the upgrades in each vehicle. He was very up front and honest about the carfax and showed us what to look for. Finance was a breeze. I was prequalified through the computer in the lobby... pretty painless. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was if you're one to be pampered and have your hand held this is not the style dealership for you. My son and I felt like if we were to stand on top of the counter and scream we would not have been helped. We finally did get assistance, and got pointed at the two vehicles my son was interested in. I was the happiest person on earth. Fast forward to September, it broke down at 25,000 miles. How? No clue. I went to dodge dealership on Osceola and they said it's the transmission cooler assembly. That wasn't stated on the accident that it's malfunctioned or have been damaged due to the accident. They told me it cost $1,200 to repair it. Our service guy said to go to offlease and see if they could fix it or do something. So I went to the dodge dealership on John Young to get a second opinion, they said the same thing but told me it cost $1,350 to repair it. I took it down to offlease and it was a waste of my time. I hate it there. I never want to step foot or have my worst enemies step foot there. Tell me how they said they could do a trade in for $14,000 I didn't want to give up my baby but had to do the "right" thing. I left the car on a Friday and by Monday they'd tell me they'll see how much it'll cost. Well it stayed at $14,000 to trade it in. So I'm looking at other cars and found a Jeep that's $15,999 and thought well perfect. We test drove it, I fell in love, and when it came to the paperwork, a bald man said, reinspect the charger. The guy came out and said yeah sorry, it cost $10,000 now. How?! Just HOW?! NO ANSWER. I said forget it, you can't just do that to me. Another man said I can take it to pep boys and see where exactly it is to fix it. We did and pep boys basically said it's the computer, we have to reset it to stop giving you that warning. Excuse you?! How stupid do I look? They said well maybe dodge dealership by the airport could fix it, they sent the car over there. That dealership told me $1,600. Yeah you can kiss my *. Anyways, we took it back home and from there, I've been calling it garbage, it literally was a decoration to my house. But then, the light at the end of the tunnel appeared and that's when I went to the first dealership and gave them the $1,200. My 2012 Infiniti M35 hybrid depreciated $876 per month, over double my monthly payment. I detail regularly and take care of it. I took the car back to Off Lease 27 months later to trade it in. They offered me $3500 less than every other dealer in town! I expect the depreciation rate to finally stabilize around 42 months. Despite OffLeaseOnly marketing cars significantly under KBB value, no other dealership will give fair value consideration for the car upon trade in. This is due to"dirty car fax" I did my due diligence, off lease only is a crummy place to buy a car, it's a cow pasture field of wounded vehicles beckoning to bait and switch your expectations. read more

This is not a normal car dealer. They gave us the hardest time and the run around. The reason they have a decent rating on BBB is because as you're completing the purchase of the car, the sales guy will complete the survey with you and if they don't like your answers, they'll close it out and ask you not to do it (happened to us). I wouldn't take their word for ANYTHING! Make sure you take your prospect car to a trusted car mechanic before you buy anything from this place. We asked them to hold our car for us for the evening and they told us no BUT people from out-of-State could put a hold on the car, but us, in person- could not. So then we said we would buy it that night. The sales guy talked to his manager and then decided they would hold it for the evening because he was "tired and [didn't] want to work late". The next day we had to wait for our sales guy to show up (he was late). He tried to give us the run around with financing. The car needed to be washed and needed an oil change, the tires were in awful shape as well. We didn't want new tires but we wanted them to be in safe condition to get home and they were not (indicated by our mechanic). We were told everything is "as is". They finally decided to wash it and do an oil change. My husband changed the oil again after we brought it home and they didn't even change it out, they added way over the amount of oil than the manufacturer called for. I get it, they have good prices which is why we bought our car here but the hassle they put you through almost isn't worth it. read more

I scoured the internet for months trying to find the best car deals and put simply, Off Lease offers the best value for cars I've ever seen. True, a lot of the vehicles they sell have been in accidents but many cars have had no accidents. They offer a free Carfax report on each vehicle, so I'd definitely review the report before purchasing a car there. Even if a car has been in an accident, if there was no frame damage, the airbags didn't deploy, the car didn't need to be towed and wasn't disabled, I'd purchase in a heartbeat if it meant $2k-$3k off the price. There's such a peace of mind in not having to bargain and feeling like you're being had. I'm amazed by all the bad reviews on here. Offleaseonly is a very different experience than traditional dealerships but if you know what you want, you will save money and hassle. They don't hold your hand like some dealers do, but are very professional and helpful. It's chaotic when you first walk in because they're ALWAYS extremely busy. Car dealerships are not different than restaurants: you WANT them to be busy because you know the product is good. The whole place was almost overstaffed with sales people and they all looked to have multiple customers. Like someone else says, they won't hold your hand and looking up vehicle features doing an inspection is up to you. They aren't trying to BS you about anything and are very transparent, but because they are so popular they really don't care if you walk away. Everything that comes in sells because of the prices. Yes, most of the vehicles have been in accidents, but they are all new enough to get factory parts and you can look at the Carfax to see what kind of damage it took. Almost all the cars I looked at took minor damage with no airbag deployment and weren't disabled at the scene. What won me over was dealership fees. Most used car lots in Orlando will charge $700+ for a delivery fee, then several hundred more for a reconditioning fee. One dealership's fees were so high that after putting $2000 down our final price after fees was higher than the sticker price! Offleaseonly charges a flat $299 for EVERYTHING. Car was immaculately detailed and washed. Our salesperson Rodney was awesome, very quick and professional. Buying a car takes long enough, so when I found what I wanted he moved me through the process very quickly, but wasn't pushy and kept me informed about everything going on. Like I said above, the staff is very courteous and professional, but they know the cars will sell so if you walk away there's no hard feelings. In September 2018 I purchased a 2018 Cadillac XT5. After reviewing the carfax, test driving the vehicle and being reassured by the salesman, manager and finance person that any issues with the vehicle would be covered bumper to bumper with the remaining warranty. In November, the car gave me a warning that the park assist needed to be serviced so I thought nothing when I took it to Massey Cadillac for servicing until they explained that the sensor needed to be replaced but the repair would not be covered under warranty because of the previous damage. They quoted me $591.37 to have the work done. Imagine my surprise because I was told that any issues would be covered under warranty. I have since contacted Cadillac and basically was told that Offlease only lied! They are selling cars that still have warranty left on them and not disclosing that if problems arise that had anything to do with previous collision, it will NOT be covered under warranty. First off any car you buy from here you're going to have to put work into it and take it to a mechanic within the first 60 days of owning it. Almost every single vehicle on the lot has been in a major car accident and they've only done minimal repairs which even the warranty won't cover the repairs that you're going to need. I'm also in the process of selling both off lease and the warranty solutions for not properly fixing my vehicle. The left strut went bad and they didn't fix those when they should have they only fixed one which of course causes the one that they didn't repair to break which then causes my bumper to fall off all of which I had to pay out of pocket for. The only solution for me was to trade it into another vehicle keep in mind I just put $1000 tires and tinting my windows which all would be thrown away. The management is horrible their sales team is nonexistent. It's cheaper to use Uber everywhere you need to go then it is to purchase a vehicle from here. Horrible customer service!! Expect to wait and wait and wait! I went to look at a car a few days ago and really liked it. Went back tonight and again, waited forever to be helped. That should have been my first clue. Once I was finally helped and ready to move forward with the deal, I was sent to get a money order for my down payment at 9:30pm. The cashier at the store was about to process the payment for it when I got a call from my salesman, Mitch. He asked if I had got it yet because he was JUST informed that the car actually sold earlier today!!! The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.
