I was told to go to another authorized dealer, who determined the brakes and tires were not in the condition that New Motors stated at the time of purchase. I later discovered my credit had been run seven times. I was never notified of the six denials. dropping my credit score by 90 points. I found the previous owner's paperwork from inspections and services performed outside of New Motors. I am in the process of taking legal action since New Motors is not fixing the issues, even though they stated in response to my complaint to the Attorney General's office that they offered me a new vehicle. Again false. Subaru of America advised me to seek legal help to have credit reporting issues dealt with. They also advised that I not bring my vehicle back to New Motors for servicing. I highly advise not purchasing a vehicle from New Motors in Erie, PA. I spoke with a couple while looking at vehicles at a used car lot who also had a similar recent experience with their vehicle from New Motors.
