The service department was wonderful. They got my on the road under 2 1/2 hours. Not only the service manager was very sympathetic that I was far away from home, he made sure that I felt at home and suggested a great place to eat while I waited for my bike. I could not had better experience. As much as I do not want any one to break down, if this was to happen feel at ease that if you do break down around Erie PA, this service department will take good care of you. Even though they didn't have the tire I needed in stock and he knew he wasn't going to make any money off me he still took the time time to call 4 other places to try and find me a tire and when that failed he gave me the phone numbers of 3 other places to call later in the day when they opened. Forest Park Honda was the 3rd place I stopped at that morning and the only one that went above and beyond to help a guy from out of town. Even though I never found the right tire Bob's helpfulness and service was outstanding! Thank You!

Neither clerk or person in bike repair center seemed interested in my business and neither offered to help. I ended up walking out of store and buying Topeak Panniers on Amazon for $155 which could have been business for Competitive Gear.
