I was disappointed with my experience. The budtender, Sara, came across as very aggressive and pushy during my visit. I felt rushed to make a purchase rather than being given the opportunity to look at the products I was interested in. When I asked to see specific items, I didn't feel my requests were being fully addressed. A more patient and customer-focused approach would have made for a much better experience. Ive been here multiple times and the other girls have never made me feel this way in fact they are the total opposite. I haven't been inside Off The Charts Dispensary, but from what I can see, it's definitely a popular spot. There's a constant flow of people going in and out, which usually means good things. I'm not super familiar with this area, and there are a lot of cops around.. not sure if that's a good or bad sign. One nice thing I did notice is that they have handicap parking, which is always great to see. As for the inside, the selection, or the prices, I can't say much since I'm not here for myself. But my boyfriend checked the reviews on Google, and they were solid, which is why we decided to stop by while we were in the area. He ended up getting two gummies on a buy one get one, for a dollar deal. I think they were about $20 each, so it seemed like a decent deal. The neighborhood itself feels a little questionable, but that's just a first impression. Clearly, people trust this place enough to keep coming back, so that says something. I've been coming here regularly for a few months. Every single time, I've either asked about the 30% off feces or it's been applied without issue. Not once--not once--was I told that I had to explicitly mention the discount to receive it. Today, I didn't bring it up, because I didn't think I had to. It's been consistent until now. When I checked my receipt and saw I didn't get the discount, I turned around immediately--I hadn't even left the damn building--and they still refused to honor it. They hit me with a robotic, dismissive, 'you have to mention it,' as if that somehow overrides every single past visit, my loyalty, or basic decency. They had access to my history. They knew I come often. They could've made it right with a few clicks. Instead, they gave me a cold shoulder, threw policy in my face, and acted like my experience didn't matter. That's not customer service--that's disrespect. This shop clearly thinks that because they sell cannabis, people won't care how they're treated. That customers are too chill or too high to notice. The first time I went here the service and product was great. The second time I went there the girl kept calling me friend. The pot tasted like a spider was pooping in it. How do I know what spider poop tastes like? I grew my own plants and a spider lived in the buds. My son said it tasted like they add chemicals to it. I think it's spider poop. I think things not allowed for growing our food should not be allowed to grow, store and enhance the flowers in a way that is harmful to our health. All the state does is collect tons of taxes on the cannabis industry and not inspect more fully the cannabis growers technique, and if anything harmful is added to the product.
