Which I've never seen on a receipt, which I've never been reminded. Which, makes no sense if you're accumulating them, how would they all expire at once? It was very disappointing, no one was willing to help. Thankfully, I was able to find my favorite brand at a different dispensary. Just beware, use those points. They expire after a year. I had almost $3000 in points. And now they're gone for nothing...... Update, after Kevin responded to my one star review. I took the time to gather my information and receipt. I went down to Haven with an envelope sealed. They said Kevin really wasn't an owner, I should ask for two girls. Long story short, I dropped off my envelope and asked them to please give it to management and contact me. Still to this day, nobody has contacted me. In my opinion, the responses to all these comments are just excuses. They don't actually get anything done about it.

Unfortunately, once the manager, Chris, became involved, the tone shifted entirely. Chris spoke to my wife in a condescending and dismissive manner that was both unnecessary and unprofessional. When I calmly addressed the way he was speaking to her, he became defensive, muttered comments under his breath, and walked away in what felt more like a tantrum than leadership. A manager sets the standard for customer service -- and this was not it. What was most concerning was the behavior that followed. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he repeatedly walked past us glaring, creating an uncomfortable and confrontational atmosphere. That is not how a manager should conduct himself in front of customers or staff. We value professionalism and mutual respect. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below that standard. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Customer service starts at the top. I hope ownership takes this seriously.
