I have been an active cannabis buyer for a couple years, and Off the Charts is probably the best cannabis store, because they have great prices, selection, and very helpful budtender people, like Shalon ? and Alana, who were both super helpful and informed, and made the experience so much better. Alana turned me onto an amazing sativa from No Till Kings which is called Jackapulco and which is just fantastic, she was super great. Shalon was amazing too he suggested the 14OZ CAM since u were out of jars. One problem with Off the Charts, because they have great prices and budtenders, they run out of stock more than other places... but then you get to try a recommendation. Female employee with the hexagon neck tattoo is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. She has a nasty attitude and energy, it's disgusting. She is mentally OFF. This is my go to dispensary, Ive been shopping here for years. Never had a problem shopping here until this employee started disrespecting me. Imagine seeing a promo deal and then being told that promo is not what you think even though it's clearly stated. Then being told, Hey I'm the GM, I make the rules. Terrible customer service experience. They also intentionally leave prices hidden so they can upcharge you a dollar or two, why? Probably to pocket the money, who knows.
