I've been to Off The Charts a few times now and I love it. The only thing I don't love is the parking when it's busy. The lot is hard to maneuver in & out of, but if it's not busy it's not too bad. Sometimes I just park on the street in the paid meter spots to avoid the hassle. They have great sales on the weekend, currently on my favorite brand Dime so I like stopping by for an amazing vape. Their normal non-sale prices are good, too! Better than a couple other stores I am a regular at so combine that with the sales and you're golden. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly here, love the vibes. They almost always have a line but they are super quick about getting to everyone. Literally years have passed and they are still sending me 5-15 text messages per month about their latest deal. I have not spoken with them at all since 2020 and when I called the store, some of them said the texts were not really them, and other people there said oh yes, they were really from them/their promotions department. The texts come from different phone numbers in the same week so there is no way to block them. Totally scuzzy. (And obviously, texting STOP didn't work.) Either way, the texts go on for years, and if they don't try to solve this and stop the scam (if it is a scam), who will? I certainly never plan to purchase anything from Off the Charts if they can't clean this up. read more

Love this store, love the prices but TODAY it's the customer service I received today from bud tender, Anthony/Tony, was not cooperative nor followed instructions from another bud tender. Selected our purchases, Tony was instructed & reminded that I receive the 30% off discount by another bud tender. When checking my receipt I didn't receive the discount and he refused to compensate me. I was told I can get the discount next visit...it's for the whole month. The but tender was informed and he still would not compensate or refund my discount. I went to This off the charts on purpose. I spent 3 hours round trip to get my purchases each week. read more

Bait and switch, if order off Weedmaps you get a low price $4-$5. Then you get to the store and they're "out", but have the exact same brand but raspberry lemonade and not watermelon lemonade for $30 not $5. Starting off, I want to very much thank Joey, Rema, Monica, Mike, all security and staff! My mommy and I have been going through a hard time after the fire disaster in Malibu and taking care of my parent at the same time through an SSDI case is not exactly ideal...especially when said parent is due for another spine surgery correcting a corroded disk in her neck. I tried to order from Weedmaps so that Off The Charts would get my order ready for pick up but that didn't happen at all. I think they're really biased on Weedmaps so I ended up going inside to order. There was a pretty tall beautiful woman that helped me inside and I asked her if she had a specific strain that I wanted for 14 grams and she told me that they didn't have that strain name in the brand that I wanted. So i told her, I see the brand so let's check and see if the exact strain is there. So we both checked and boom, there it was. I don't know if she didn't know if they had it but you shouldn't tell customers that "you don't have that specific strain" and turn out that you do have that specific strain. It kinda seem like she was very prejudiced about others appearance & looks, clothing etc.. and I didn't respect that from her at all. Check first to see if you have the strain and than confirm, don't just say "you don't have it" but you do have it. Communication and Great Greetings was all good and respectful but searching for specific strains needs work! Like really c'mon now! Do Better!!! read more
