It's been a few years since we last visited Off the Grid. Before heading out, we dropped in for one final tasting. We dropped in on a Sunday afternoon (with 12:00pm reservations). Staff are very sweet and hospitable. They host yoga (Sunday mornings) and live music (Thursday evenings). Tasting fee is $10.00/person and includes four pours. They make you pay a $20.00 deposit (we made our reservation online) but you get it back with a bottle purchase. - 2019 Farm band - a pinot gris-gewurtz blend done as a pet nat. A little funky but in a good way. - 2020 Inclusive white blend - a blend of four grapes but mostly riesling. A touch sweeter. - 2019 Unplugged white - also a blend of four grapes but this was excellent. Well balanced and smooth. We bought a bottle ($19.80) for home. - 2019 Sauvage pinot gris - their most popular wine and for good reason. Smooth as butter. Quaffable. - 2020 Ever after - an interesting rosé (mix of zweigelt and gewurtz grapes). Summery, easy drinking. - 2019 Pinot noir - one of the smoother pinot noirs. Not smokey at all and light on the tannins. - 2018 Scape goat - an orange wine (pinot gris with a touch of gewurtz). Light, silky smooth. This is fancy smancy; a bottle goes for $49.80. Always a fun visit at Off the Grid. Solid 100% organic wines.

I'm a wine novice so can really only rate the food, which was awesome Chandler: best pineapple pizza I've had, 10/10 Ross: goat cheese on top, 8.5/10 Rachel: pretty average, 6/10 the artisan brie, baguette and wine jelly: 8.5/10

We had a great time visiting Off The Grid. We've heard so much about this winery and have never had a chance to stop by. We gave it a try this past weekend and it was awesome. The winery is cute, and have tons of great wines. The pizza truck has some very good pizzas too and there are goats to see here! Definitely worth checking out. We will be back again!

Love what they are doing here! Very nice couple that owns the winery. Beautiful view and great wine. We enjoyed the goats and the Pink Pinot. Thanks Off the Grid!!

We came to stay here with 3 other hockey teams. Management kept telling each team that we were the…read moreonly team, and the parents and kids were rude to staff. Three of our boys were walking down the hall at 9:15 pm to the lobby, where the parents were hanging out, and the three boys were told they arent allowed in the halls because 9pm is quiet time. Meanwhile, the hotel staff was vacuuming the halls and bumping into doors, being much louder than our three kids who were playing games on their phones, while walking quietly to see us. The hotel also offers fresh baked cookies to guests but failed to mention they contain nuts. So one of our hockey moms, ended up in an ambulance, and taken to emergency because she was having a severe allergic reaction. When we notified the staff, they said "most people wouldn't just eat a cookie without asking if it had nuts." The maintenance guy yelled at a three year old in the hallway for running. Yes, a three year old. The poor child was very frightened and ended their night in tears. Now, the worst part is, our team was in the outdoor half of the pool, and one of our coaches stepped on glass from the lighting above the pool (he was in the inside half of the pool). He picked up as much of the glass as he could find and gave it to the front desk. Thats where they decided to accuse us of breaking the light and ruining the pool for everyone else (to which we heard the manager tell other guests it was our fault). Hello, we just saved them from a potentially costly lawsuit if anyone got hurt. The manager and other staff, sat in the office watching video footage to try to blame us for the broken glass. Any time they saw a child in the hallway, the manager would send the maintenance guy to tell them to be quiet and get back in their rooms while she continued to watch the surveillance videos. Our whole team and another team, canceled our next night because of how rude the hotel staff was. That resulted in over $4000 in lost accommodations from our team alone. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone, especially a team of any kind, as hotel staff do not want children in the hotel. Oh, and some lady complained at 8pm that our kids were too loud, watching TV in the room next to hers, so the hotel told this lady and our coach that we would be responsible for paying for her stay. Obviously we fought that nonsense and refused to pay her bill. This hotel would be nice if they changed every member of their staff and management (except for the one blonde lady at the front desk). I highly urge anyone planning to stay here, to look elsewhere. You'd be better off sleeping in your vehicle than this hotel.
