I had already received back different quotes from other businesses and MZ Auto Detail came back with the best rate. While that doesn't always mean best, after knowing that a couple people recommended - I decided this was who I was going to go with. I needed my car detailed because I had an incident where my son's friend threw up on my car. I did my best to clean it but the smell still lingered so I know I didn't get it as well as someone else could. And honestly, my car needed to be detailed anyways. It was LONG over due. Mauro communicated that vomit would take a little longer to clean and would have to use an ozone machine to help and it may take up to two days to get the car cleaned. When I picked up my car, it had the brand new car smell and the inside of my car was epically cleaned. The leather seats looked amazing and I hadn't seen them look that nice since I first purchased my car. He did an amazing job with cleaning my car and it was so clean that nobody is allowed to ever step foot in my car again lol. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business.
