Spoke to the owner, worked with a manager. If you need a general cleaning, they do fine work. The parts of the car that weren't really dirty look good. I took my car in because the dogs had tracked mud or something on the backseat. I specifically told them that was what I wanted worked on. If they did the rest, whatever, but I wanted those spots gone. 2 hours and $300 later, you can still see some of the spots. Couldn't tell until the fabric dried. The main reason for the ratin is that they threw away personal items they deemed "trash". Didn't ask, even though I was sitting in the lobby. Just threw away multiple items and didn't return others to my vehicle. The items weren't expensive or difficult to replace, but it is a lack of respect for someone else's property, especially when they are paying you for a service. I had to go back and make them look around the work area for what was missing. Still didn't get everything back. The owner apologized "for the inconvenience". Also, if you still decide to give this place your business: Make an appointment and do drop off. Don't wait. They don't have a comfortable waiting room.

I paid $350 (that's with my military discount) for the Detail package #3. I explained multiple times that I'm shipping the car to Germany and they are very particular about any dirt being on the car. They even wrote "shipping car overseas" on the paperwork and board. After just under 5 hours, I got the car back and was asked to look over it, I saw crumbs, a French fry and an old receipt in between the front seats, and a stain on the exterior, so I asked the employee if he could take care of that. He did and asked if there was anything else, which I said no... until I got home couldn't stop staring my inner winder rubber lining realizing it was still very dirty. I used the wipe they left to clean that and the dashboard and it was very dirty. Then looked at the exterior again to find dirt in the cracks in the pictures. I really hate leaving bad reviews, especially on a company that was literally recommended in our "Shipping a POV" briefing... but I'm annoyed. If the shipping company doesn't accept my car on Monday, I'll be asking for at least a partial refund. I paid a LOT of money for my car to be spotless and it definitely wasn't.

If I had read the reviews I would have been prepared for the gaslighting or avoided the place altogether. He said: If he pressure washed anymore, the paint would come off. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). I was so relieved that the smell was gone. Thanks for being so quick to respond, getting me on the schedule so quickly, doing a fantastic job, and being willing to come out again to redo the process without the detailing fee. I recommend Attention to Detail for your cars needs. I remember, if they miss something, just reach back out to them and they'll be willing to fix it.
