I looked online and saw the headset I needed. I drove an hour and 15 minutes one way to get to this "office depot". What a joke. They had none of the items in store, that they show online, in stock. I suppose they just list all these items as a way to draw people in. When a company lies to do business, they are not to be trusted. The employees were nice. But the company is fraudulent, or maybe they don't know what they have in stock. Either way, they wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time. I will never go there again and I will tell as many people about this as possible. Since they don't have customer service I can email or write to. Bought ink (HP 67 Black XL and Color) that was bad. It was new, not refurbished. Caused problems with my printer. Went to Staples for new ink. Very disappointed, out $60 for the ink, and a waste of time. Staples from now on, no longer Office Depot. read more

Got my TSA pre done here and it was quick and easy. Maria was great and I was in / out under 10 mins. Would deff recommend.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the aisles are well marked. I went in recently to get some copies made and was confused by the procedure, (it had been a while since I'd been there, and you now have to enter everything at a computer first). Luckily, I was the only customer at the time and the associate I worked with was happy to help me. The front desk line always seems to go pretty quickly, too. read more

Was looking for some legal sized folders and after perusing the folder section and other possible locations a legal folder may be, I finally caved and asked a store employee. She pointed over to the folder section and said "if we have them, they would be over there". I simply departed the store and left her staring back into space probably thinking about the next cupcake she's going to destroy. I shouldn't be so negative because if it weren't for heroes like her during this pandemic, this Office Depot would surely be closed. But, on the flip side, I bet cupcake manufacturers are the real heroes to this sloth... read more

Not the best visit. Went in to buy a white board. Picked one out for 12.49. Just the right size. Went to the register and it was 15.49. Manager went back and found them in front of the wrong ticket. Virtually the same description. Moved them over twelve inches in front of the 15 dollar ticket. I paid the regular price, but I won't go back. read more

If you need help in the print and copy area be prepared to wait a long time. Service is VERY slow and they only have one person to wait on you. AWFUL!! read more

Ordered desk and was given a delivery day and time window. Took the day off. Didn't show or call. Called to ask them what happened. They said wait until 7:00 pm. No show. Texted me that it was shipped from a different warehouse so wouldn't arrive until tomorrow. They would not confirm a time window. Felt like the whole response was canned and that they were reading from a piece of paper. Now the website says next week. Don't believe anything they say. Should've bought from Staples. Given that their customer service is so poor they will be out of business soon. Hope I receive my desk before they go belly up. Avoid anything online from these guys. There is a Staples nearby, but after a few lame customer services experiences there, I only go to Office Depot when I need something. I have found this staff at this store to be particularly attentive and helpful. I've had several experiences at check out where the cashiers were friendlier than I expected. read more

I'm here to finally share my poor experiences with this store but particularly about one gentleman where I really don't know why he has kept his job. I really haven't gotten his name but I know it starts with an R, he is an older gentlemen, white mustache, and some white hairs. I don't know if that matters much but I just want to describe him so you know him if you go there. I've been coming in almost every morning this week to get school supplies for my kids and he's there every time unfortunately. I will walk by the tech area and pass by him and just get a cloud of alcohol and cigarettes it is not pleasant at all and that is almost every morning. Sometimes he will speak to me and the scent will just get stronger and try to get away but ether way he is unhelpful no matter what I will often be told wrong locations in the store and if something is out of stock on the shelf he'll say he will find it but just disappears and is not to be seen again. I'm writing this to warn people about this man because I don't feel comfortable bringing in my kids around him and that smell, exposing them to that behavior and habits at a young age is not something I want as a parent. read more

what a most unsatisfying experience ! I dropped off a nice HP Pavilion laptop that I had actually purchased there years before to resolve a "black screen" problem after log-in... Being in my 50's, I am not as computer savvy as I would like to be, and must rely on the staff when I go in for questions or concerns in this area. The tech that took my laptop, listen to what I explained as the problem, and what I wanted to be ready to do once I picked up the unit. When I rec'd a call a few days later and went back to pick it up, it was damaged as if it had been dropped on it's corner (the tech inspected the unit and found no damage when they took it in), and there was no OFFICE restored to the laptop... I explained that I didn't have the box or CD that was used in the install and the young lady behind the counter called for the manager... Well, 5 minutes later, MELISSA came over and thanked us for pulling her away from the customer she was dealing with (what a GREAT attitude for a manager!!!). She promptly told me that I did not order the correct service and when I told her that it was never offered, she just looked at me as if I was supposed to know everything that could have been done.... If the sales person didn't let me know what was needed after I explained the problem and what I wanted ready when I returned to pick it up, then why is that my responsibility. She never once said, WHAT CAN WE DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT?... that's when I knew she was not a manager, just another clerk with mis-appropriated authority... That is one store I will never visit again with any business... what a disaster... Go to Staples, hell, even WALMART for anything that you need.... read more
