I came to write this review because many people don't want to write positive reviews about such a large expense, that was their own fault of doing. The guy was extremely kind and listened to what I said about the laptop. He said it would take roughly a week to fix and it was done in a week and a day. No complaints. I figured it might be something with the ssd. I bought a new ssd and other components and had them install everything. First off, the wiring was really sloppy. Second, random things that I never had an issue with became an issue after getting it back like when I don't touch the mouse and the pc goes into sleep mode, it won't wake back up. I have to long press the power button and enter through bios everytime. Also, I can't type in the windows search bar, or Netflix search bar or a few others. Idk what's up with that, may be unrelated.
