I would not give this frame shop a sixth star, on price alone though, good grief it's like back when I was nine during the RWR recession and she took all of us to the apprentice hairstylists academy so they could practice on us for half price, it's unbelievably cheap hopping over from the campus area especially. On quality, my standards are not perfectionist. For example I've been meaning to write a review and yesterday was in there to get a print of 'The Mahabharata' room matted, this being one of six of my Rooming House rooms. They helped me with a publicity photo from the film, especially with two mats that had 'black center' when you slice in instead of white, very nice framing a B&W photo, and so I took that one in to get my print from AllPosters of a temple wall, a scene from the Hindu epic, and get the exact same matting (and then in a months get the last of my three decorative posters for outside the door, the movie poster in French). Anyhow, their new technician insisted on taking the AllPosters print apart to get both measurements and pricing right from the start, and it turns out that was important because they fuse the whole thing together on pressboard. Last time I tried to just have one of theirs removed and another substituted it meant finding out later we needed a new mat, and on an unusual size it took an extra month. So, I'm not like that and most of their staff aren't (quite) like that. But still I have noticed infrequent errors that they fix for free, but you can't expect people hired and trained from scratch to perform to the quality of a sole proprietor frame shop with decades of experience. They've got quality control and it works well enough, modest hassle for massive savings as I'm just about done with a job I've been working on for over two years, and have learned how to do some of this on my own. I would point out to the perfectionist though, that for you it may not be a choice between here and Michaels. Rather you may want to look more toward various professional frame shops and their reviews.

This location had many options for anything you need to organize especially in regards to closet organization. Half this store is dedicated to closets. I was in the market for collapsible crates for general storage purposes (groceries in the trunk of a car for example). I couldn't find any collapsible containers made of hard plastic - not like cloth or basket types of containers that I found in the store. This location did not have what I was looking for, but gave me tons of ideas for other areas of my home in need of organization. A lot of the storage containers seemed very expensive for what you're getting. I found these modular crates that would have been perfect for my needs had they been collapsible. However, 1 for $20? Ouch. I found what I needed on Amazon 3 for $29, collapsible, and the same size as what I found in this store. I will definitely be stopping by this location again in the future for general ideas and sizing, but will most likely shop elsewhere when it comes to pricing.

Truly the worst I've been treated by an employee. I needed…read moresome last minute frames for our nursery for photos the next day...went late in the evening because our newborn was having a hard time being soothed so it took some time before I could leave the house. It was 10:01 (the announcement had went off to finish your shopping) and I was gathering the last couple frames and one of the employees proceeded to find me in the store (as she should) because they wanted to go home. I told her I was sorry and just needed to grab the frame I set in the corner...she then told me "no- you need to stop shopping we're trying to leave." I told her she didn't need to be rude I was finished and headed their way... "I'm not being rude we're literally locking the doors." Lots of eye rolling and mumbling under her breathe as we walked to the front...added touch of kindness for this tired mom. 2 minutes past close... 2 minutes. I was made to feel like a villain and treated with no respect. being a nurse I work in a profession I rarely get off on time. Be kind- you don't know what people are going through. be a better employee and show grace and speak kindly!! I hope the manger sees this and addresses this woman...she needs a hug.

I was in this store yesterday - looking for an item I thought they may have in stock. While looking…read morefor the item I was asked if I needed help. I said, "yes", and explained what I needed. He immediately told me he was out of it but he hadn't looked for it and seemed confused about what I was looking for - due to a language barrier, possibly. He then points to where he said it had been and says, "See, sold out." I said, "But that's says glue sticks (for glue guns) and I want a leather punching tool." He got irritated and said, "No, that's it. That's what you want." I told him I did not want glue sticks and thank you for his time. I went to leave and saw a clerk sitting at the register. She's eating a bag of chips and licking her fingers while I tell her what happened and asked if she knew if they had it in stock. She cut me off, while licking her fingers, and says, "I have no idea. Ask him." and points over to the paint area of the shop. It's at that time that the man standing there walks off and the man I already dealt with took over. I find the man that had originally been at the paint counter and tell him what I'm looking for. That it's a tool and they may not have it in stock. That it's on their website and told him what it does. Described what it looked like also. Then I told him what happened with the other man with the glue sticks. What did this man then do?? He took me to another part of the store and showed me more glue sticks. You know the kind elementary children use in kindergarten. I said, "I'm looking for a rotating leather punching tool. The kind for punching holes in belts and purse straps. The handle is like a pliers and the top has different size spikes that rotate." He then points to the paper hole puncher and says "That?" That's when I thanked him for his time and I left. I should point out that these were not teenagers. These were adults. Everyone was at least in their 60s. That was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. It's absolutely ridiculous that not one person would listen to what I was looking for long enough to realize that I did not want glue sticks or paper punchers or maybe stop licking your fingers while someone is asking for customer service.

There's 2 cashiers when I was there, and it was not crowded at all. The wait is not that long. The workers seemed to try to keep the place organized and need, even marked with appropriate prices. The clearance stuff seemed to be mixed with regular prices items like in the pillow aisle and comforter/ bedding aisle.

It's really good courtesy and super helpful and the reason why I keep coming back. They have most things that I need and anything that I can't find here, I can usually go elsewhere. But the majority of things that I need are here. So plenty good selection for the most part! I get coupons in the mail so I also get plenty of value as well.
