I was told I could come to the store or reorder on line. Kelly and Victoria were absolutely no help and wasted my time (30 minutes on phone to be able to speak to anyone) and my contractor's time. Quickly ordered from another efficient competitor store and was very pleased.

A few days later, my admin password stopped working and unfortunately FileVault was on! I stood to lose 4 years worth of files. I spent a long time with Apple support on the phone, online. Both times, their final recommendation was to just wipe out everything and start over. Fortunately, Experimax was able to rescue me. I had a password for the hard drive itself and Eric was able to boot the computer using another device, which allowed me to get access to the hard drive. He patiently let me hang out at the store uploading files into iCloud. Afterwards, I had the hard drive wiped out and installed Catalina. The cost was ~$87. Many thanks!
