I had a good trip to this Office Depot, and I was impressed with the quickness and ease in which I was able to get in and out. I just used the printing kiosk, which turned out to be a very seamless and convenient experience, as opposed to the couple of times in which I've gone to their competitor. To expand on that, I didn't purchase anything from the sales floor, but I was impressed with how clean and organized it was, again, in contrast to their rival store. Needed some quick printing today and OD came through. They're a little in the expensive side but the printing is good quality. The person who helped me at the desk was efficient but not overly communicative. I spent a few minutes figuring out their processes. I needed a few other supplies and was surprised by the lack of inventory. School supplies were very picked over. This is a rather small Office Depot. You'll get what you need but won't have a huge selection. read more

Sincerely save yourself the effort if you expect customer service at this location. I will forever drive the extra miles to go to Bush River Road where the employees appreciate the customers and are helpful. This location down at Five Points seems to have college students working that would much rather play tag inside the store rather than process a return. I stopped by this place today to pick up some office supplies. The store had everything I needed. This office supply store carries just about any office supply imaginable. If there's something they don't have, they are happy to order it for you. When I first walked in a salesperson asked if they could help me. I declined. Then a few minutes later another salesperson asked if I needed help. Then a third. The store was fully staffed with people willing and wanting to help me find what I needed. They were all cheerful and the store was very clean. Overall I had a great experience in the store. The staff went out of their way trying and wanting to help me. More stores could take a lesson from them! I will definitely be going back! read more

Actually left and returned to say how disappointed I was in the service by 4 different employees. I asked 3 different employees about items i was looking for and hand was raise and finger pointed over in that area. Ugh. Then checking out the rang my items up, did not bag and i had to reach over counter to retrieve. I know they have a monopoly, with USC right there, but with lack of c customer service they won't last. Sad. read more

The customer service was terrible. I wanted to purchase an office chair. The prices weren't marked on them. I had to track down someone to help me. I had encounters with three different sales associates. They all acted like they hated being there and could care less about helping. In spite of that, I decided on a chair. Surprise, surprise, they didn't have it in stock, but they wanted to charge me extra for the floor model because it was already assembled. I explained that I didn't need it assembled. I was only taking the floor model because they didn't have any others. At most places, you would get a discount for the floor model, not pay more. The manager who just plain nasty basically said, do you want it or not? Horrible attitude and service. read more

I went to have my iphone screen repaired there. Unfortunately, I left with a fixed phone screen but a broken front microphone. I understand that mistakes happen, but in good faith I have to recommend that you go somewhere else to get your screen repaired, or at least INSIST on seeing one of their best techs read more

I was at this location of Office Depot with my G/F because she was trying to get some cardstock for her son for school. I was waiting with her in line so she could pay and one of the workers there that was much older than I am walked right behind me so close to me that I accidentally stepped on her foot and her response was the GD word and that it hurt. I left to go outside to wait for my G/F. It was an honest mistake on my part and I should have been treated better than I was. This person needs to be fired or disciplined for her unprofessional behavior. I don't intend to visit this business ever again. read more
