Definitely pay close attention when they are selling you a phone, or really anything, the sales rep helping me put a $40 screen protector on my phone before I knew how much I would be charged for it. He also printed me the receipt for the other customer in the store, not even my own receipt. Wouldn't recommend! read more

He told us a little about Columbia since we're new to the area while we waited on Verizon customer support to troubleshoot the issue. He even gave our child a balloon. Don't go here if you prefer to be treated like a human and taken care of professionally. These people could care less about their jobs, you, and what you need help with. They will lie to you, frustrate you, and make changes in your plan that you did not ask for.
