I purchased a printer today (David was a great help / this review has nothing to do with David). When the selection was made, I need a couple more things. As David pointed me in the direction, this RUDE female employee steps up and yells out, "Sir We Are Closed!! Its 7:05!" Well it wouldn't have taken me this long, had she knew the first thing about printers. I had to stand around and wait for David to finish up with a customer so he could come help me.. I really enjoyed my visit to this particular location. A retired gentlemen working there part time helped me find exactly what I needed. I can't remember his name. Either way, thank you sir for your help! I hung around a bit due to a pretty strong storm blowing through and we had a good conversation about our worldly travels. When I get back over that way I'd like to buy him a cold beverage! Anyway, this location is not what I would call a huge store, more of a strip mall type of location so they don't have an insanely huge selection. Although they can order whatever you need. If you need a printer, ink, or general office supplies, I believe this location is just fine. read more

I walked in 12 minutes before the store closed. I was trying to email them a document to print that I had to have. Before her computer showed it she said the system has been slow and I said no problem. I can wait at 8:02 she said, since we're closed now , you're gonna have to come back another time. Again, the reason that I was still there was because their system was slow. I was getting one page printed. This will be reported to the home office because I did not drive all the way to the store to be told their system is low so it's two minutes past our closing you're gonna have to leave. read more

I've been to Office Depot on several occasions to buy supplies and print projects in color. A lot of items they sell can be found much cheaper around the corner at Dollar Tree, but they have a large variety of products and services that aren't offered anywhere else in town. On my most recent visit, I learned that they repair smart phones. They can replace the screen on my iPhone 6 for $130. The price to replace the screen on an iPhone 5 is $90. I'll probably end up taking it to a local Mom & Pop repair place, but it's good to know they can fix it. The prices are average on most items. The employees are friendly and helpful. read more

My husband purchased a Lenovo laptop for me here on Christmas Eve. It was the display model, so they had to do something to make sure it would work correctly and have him put in my information. Last night I went to use it. My information was correct, but there was still a Retail Administrator showing that I needed to have a password for in order to get updates. I called the store, and I asked them what to do. The store manager, Drew, was great. He told me if they had gotten another in stock they would swap it, if not they would get it working. They didn't have another one, but he quickly got mine set up correctly for me. Five stars for effort, four star rating for the fact that the employee who set it up the first time made a mistake. read more

This has been my second trip since this Office Depot relocated across the street to the Jubilee Center. Both trips have ended in disappointment. On my first trip I noted the selection of technology equipment was significantly reduced. The shipping and printing counter accounts for roughly 2/3 of the store size so I expected those services to have been well refined. Wrong. Today, shipping an already packaged ups box was painfully slow. It was as if employee od03308 was incased in Jello. I don't believe I've ever seen a young healthy person move so slowly. With no one else in line it took 15 minutes for the employee to find the ups shipping screen giving me the ability to enter my own shipping data. It took her another 15 minutes to run my debit card and get the ups label onto the box. I'm not sure why this particular Office Depot needed a remake but I'm looking for the undo button. Maybe be Easy button will suffice. read more

Sales employee was rude. They do not stand behind their overpriced products. Would not recommend.

They close at 7 pm and if that's not bad enough they locked the doors at 6:59! When we rang the bell (2 separate customers) to ask to let us in to buy ink the lady told us they closed at 7:00. I told her it was just now 7:01 and she had locked the doors too soon. She disagreed with me even though all our phones showed it was 7:01. She claimed they're on corporate time and are not allowed to open the doors once they're locked. I told her sorry they would lose our business! These type of employees are why most people buy online and stores are going out of business! read more

It's no wonder nobody shops at Office Depot anymore. Received a ridiculously overpriced shredder from my mother for my birthday. She bought it a week before I received it so there's half of your 14 day exchange window gone. After 1 week it died. No power. Tried to exchange with receipt (not refund) and was told too bad. Their policy is 14 days in anything tech. That includes electric pencil sharpeners as "tech". No warranty. Your problem. And very arrogant and apathetic staff. This just reinforces exactly why I NEVER buy from Office Depot anymore. read more

Been coming here for years and it's always the same: Miserable employees, usually out of stock for what I need no matter what it is, what they do have is always overpriced, their product selection is horrible and their credit card readers are some of the slowest I've ever seen. I went in looking for a screen protector for my phone, you'd think that would be an easy purchase since they are a nationwide chain, but they were almost completely out stock of every kind except for the most ridiculously priced variety ($35-45). So I got one anyway because I didn't want to wait on an Amazon shipment (although I should have because they sell great screen protectors for $6-10) and I took the product home to find dirt and dust stuck all over the sticky part of the screen protector, basically making it useless and a $35 piece of garbage. I would have gone straight back and returned it but I'd rather eat the 35 bucks I spent if that means I never have to step foot in this store again. read more

Went by to pickup a ink cartridge. Turns out office depot is $5 more for a plain hp-61 black compared to Walmart. I could see maybe a dollar or two but $5 more is crazy.. read more

I love these guys. They have helped me so much over the years, everything from printing to binding. Love them. The front desk girls, I believe one is Cat and I can't remember the others, are so helpful. So great to have this help just up the road. read more
