The cashier quickly told me with a disrespectful tone and attitude that "They do not have a buy one, get one free offer nor have they ever had a buy one, get one free offer." This was a young girl/woman, and I guess I should have expected something like that from today's younger generation that have no personalities or respect for anyone or anything. I would have thought that Hobby Lobby being a Christian based business would train their associates to treat customers with respect. My wife frequents Hobby Lobby, but this experience has may her reconsider if she will ever patronize the store again.

The only time in home decor it's an actual sale price is 60% off. All of this in my opinion. The staff is usually nice. The place is usually clean. I enjoy coming here.

So we own a unit within a compound on Dauphin island that mandates what color your unit is and this…read moreis the only place you can supposedly get your paint. Quite a coo. So our unit was painted freshly three years ago but we had one board of Hardiplank that needed scraping and paint ting. We knew that Alabama sun can be brutal and we were willing to paint an entire wall if needed to match the paint. We brushed o. The first layers and it was yellow/tan, our unit is coral. Not even close. We pulled out our previous can of touch up paint and it was close to the current color. Called the business and we were told that the formula was accurate and that that color starts out yellow and fades to a brighter pink tone. I worked for Benjamin Moore corporate for 9 years and that's impossible. Never offered to check the formula, match our current color or offer a return or refund. We will find someone else to make our home the proper color. $50 bucks and a day trip to Mobile for naught.

Get a call around 10 telling me that they don't have the paint. They will have to get it from Foley and it will be around 1 before it is ready. Never got a notification telling me is ready. Went up there at 5 and was told that Foley had an incorrect count and that they do not have my order. There is no value in this. I actually hate their paint anyway, but because contractors used it in my house before I decided to stick with it. The value is not that great either. $100 for a gallon of paint that says one coverage and it takes 3 coats. Nope no value, no inventory. You're a paint store. You should have paint in stock, not one but two stores. I will NOT visit this location again. If I have to drive to Pensacola to get my paint, then I will. People need to stop doing business here.

I was sure it was going to be a nightmare, but to my surprise they rolled out the red carpet to ensure I was pleased and happy with every piece of furniture I purchased. Wow, not many people do the right thing anymore. Lagniappe does! I highly recommend this store.
