The service was horrible! I stood waiting to be served at the print center while the service person went on and on with a customer never even saying I'll be right with you. Another service person stood by ignoring me. When I was finally served after close to an hour the person said the one picture I was trying to print had to be emailed never explaining how or why. She moved the picture to email I had no idea what to do with it. When I tried to print it it was cut off. When I tried to get help I was told the orientation could not be changed and would have to go through the whole process again while the de service person completely ignored me. My recommendation would be to stay clear of this business. read more

Poor Customer Service with Ashley the Assistant Store Manager at Store #597, Print Department on 3/12/26. During my visit, I experienced what I felt was unprofessional and dismissive customer service from Ashley, the manager on duty. While I understand the process of printing orders when I attempted to address my concern about the printing process, Ashley responded in a way that I found to be unhelpful and discourteous. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, the interaction felt dismissive and lacked the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in a management position. As a customer, I value respectful communication and a willingness to assist when issues arise. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and dismissed as a customer. I am bringing this matter to your attention in hopes that it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate it if you could look into this situation and consider providing additional customer service training or guidance to ensure future customers and myself have a more positive experience. read more

NEVER NEVER NEVER leave your sensitive FedEx shipments with them as when you walk into the front, the whole area looks like a pigsty and they FAIL to place your package in the correct place for pickup. I thought it would be smart to personally hand them my package and the fact they have a partnership with FedEx should be more reliable that just leaving in a drop box. SHAME ON YOU OFICCE DEPOT!! The management team there doesn't have a single ounce of regret of willingness to take responsibility either. If you have ever wondered by 'brick and mortar' retailing is on its death bed, visit this store for an explanation. I checked online about an inexpensive printer and the website (also hard to use) indicated it was in stock. I went to the store, found where the item should be on the shelf, including its tag, but no printer. I asked one of the employees who *conveniently* remembered that particular printer being missing during their recent inventory. She called over another employee who scanned the tag and said the system indicated one in stock. Next came a, "Don't you remember that we couldn't find that one..." conversation, after which employee #2 tried to sell me on another printer at 4x the cost explaining that the ink was cheaper. Nice try. So much for the convenience of a neighborhood retail store. I'll stick with Amazon or drive to Costco. read more

Who knew they made banners?? A friend asked me to pick up a banner for a party. The people behind the desk were so nice & helpful! Told them what I needed, they helped me with the graphics, Emailed me the preview & then I picked it up. It was perfect! The price was great ($12 for a 3 foot banner), & the finished product was exactly what I wanted! Staff is super friendly. read more

I used the store locator feature in Yelp to find this location. I quickly found the printer cartridges, grabbed what I needed and headed for the checkout. Then slowness set in. I stood in one line for a minute or so before a clerk redirected me to another register. I waited for what seemed to be another 3-4 minutes while the clerk and customer chit chatted and slowly worked thru the checkout process. Finally someone realized I was getting impatient and came over to offer assistance. Dee Dee was her name and she swiftly processed my transaction on her handheld device. She removed the security package, grabbed my receipt and I was out the door a happy camper once again. Thanks for saving my morning Dee Dee! read more

Went in today for some advertised specials from Sunday ad. Unfortunately, this is not a well stocked store. Nor is it well staffed at 6 pm. I did see a store manager, cashier and one salesperson. Took me 10 mins to realize they did not have what I wanted. Although someone greeted me when I entered, no one was around 5 mins later when I had a question. Cashier was stuck on phone helping a customer. I finally asked her my question and for her to check me out. Transaction was not as smooth as it could've been as she was distracted. But, at least they were not closed at 6 pm like they are on Sat. I usually frequent the Boynton store as they are better stocked. However, this store is closer to me. read more

I visited Office Depot while on vacation to get some paper pens folders and do some printing, the entire staff was helpful kind and easy to talk to, the manager on duty (dawn) was very helpful with finding what I needed and when we went back to the counter (glenn and kelly) were quick to assist with my printing job and check out. The service is unfortunately really going downhill. The past few times that I've uploaded print jobs to your website, there's been issues. Mainly that employees don't check for them unless I call several hours later. This never used to be an issue. The only reason I come back has been because this location is very close to me. But honestly at this point it's just an aggravation. If it happens again I'll have to take my business elsewhere. read more

This is one of the WORST Office Depot ever. Unfortunately, it is the closest to our office. The staff has no clue what inventory they have, (they always seem to be low or out of inventory) and the horrible attitudes of the employees make shopping a drag and then some. Also, the place smells awful; hits you in the face when you walk through the door. We are there at least once a week, and spend quite a bit of money at this location. It would be nice to actually have friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand. I know retail isn't easy, but geez! If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and quit. Check out is always painfully slow, never a smile or a thank you. I could cite many particulars, but I won't bore you. I'm stuck shopping there, but perhaps you don't need to be. read more
