Opening hours for Tuesday display 9am. Store was not open. Completely dark inside. No signage…read moresignifying a problem. Waited in my vehicle directly in front of the main door. Watched at least 4 others attempt to walk in, look at each other, looked at their phones, shrug shoulders, puzzled. I waited until 9:15am before driving to another location near Baxter and Clarkson (~4 miles down the road) where I ran into two other customers who I observed waiting at the Clarkson/Manchester location. We shared a joke, perhaps rough Monday night. Thought better. Hope not seriously ill, accident, or family emergency preventing the store from opening. One of the detoured customers was on her way to airport and was happy there was a contingency down the road. Personally, a little disappointed for a small business in my backyard. Could have covered the first hour of wages for at least two employees in those first 15 minutes based on my spend and the others who had planned to patronage the Clarkson/Manchester store.

One of the male employees knew nothing about what i was attempting to do ( print and fax) so i was brushed off and left to do it myself after i called customer service for help. He blamed my card for not working aft i said what the issue was several times. After calling customer service the wait was longer but the issue was fixed in no longer than 5 minutes. During the process nobody checked to see if I needed help. Good thing I didn't AFTER I called customer service from inside the store. July 18 2023

Unfortunate experience I had this location: 1324 Clarkson Clayton Center, Ellisville, MO 63011…read more After briefly waiting in line, I was called over to the counter by an employee named Nate. I was carrying two heavy Amazon return boxes. As I set them down and prepared to provide my return QR code, Nate suddenly left the counter and began talking with another employee. I stood there holding the boxes for several minutes while he carried on the conversation. Although it seemed to be work-related, it left me waiting unacknowledged. When he returned, I showed him my QR code and explained that it covered both boxes. He told me I would be charged for two packages. I explained that I had received them separately, but with one return label. He offered to tape them together, but his tone quickly became condescending and dismissive. When I tried to clarify how the packages were delivered, he responded arrogantly, questioning me and arguing instead of assisting. At one point, I told him that this was the first time I had experienced poor customer service at that location. His response was, "What are you talking about?" When I told him he was being rude, he flatly denied it and continued to argue. Eventually, he bypassed me and called over another customer - even though I still had another return to process. When I pointed this out, he said he would do it after assisting the other customer, despite me being there first. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager, he proudly stated that there was no manager on-site and that if I had an issue, I could contact UPS directly. So, I left without returning my other item and will follow up with Amazon to change to another return location such as Kohls or Whole Foods. This was an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating encounter. I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and disappointed in a company I've relied on for years. Until today, this location has had great customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately so that no other customer has to experience such poor treatment.

August 2025, a local repair shopped shipped a repaired item back to me which was damaged in…read moretransit. I submitted pictures of damaged item and the box, all sides. In October, I was told that supposed person who was handling claim was no longer with their store, and they dropped the ball. New person submits claim, and I never hear back. I contact Kevin, the owner, and he tells me in December that he has mailed me a check. Here it is January 15, I have not received a check and owner won't return my calls. Run, don't walk, to another shipper. Apparently Kevin has several stores so beware of other area UPS stores, he may own them as well.

Over the last several months I've had two printer problems that Chris and Keith have solved for me…read more I have a brother laser printer. The cartridges are like $75 dollars - OUCH! We've been purchasing NXT Premiums from them and in the beginning they worked great. Then, all of a sudden, they stopped fitting in the cartridge slot - or so I thought. Being the great guys that they are, they worked with me to figure this out - so much so that Keith came to my home to help show me the way. Once he did, everything was back to working as it should. The second problem came when all of the sudden, the brand new Magenta cartridge I purchased kept saying it was empty after just being unpackaged and installed. Chris suggested that I needed to reset the cartridge counter. Not knowing how to do this I ended up chatting online with someone from Brother. Ultimately they told me that my laser printer didn't have that capability and thus was required to use their $75 cartridges. I called Cartridge World back and asked them to order the magenta Brother cartridge. I also asked if they would take back the one that I just installed. They graciously agreed. The next morning Chris called asking if Keith could come back to my house to reset the cartridge counter. Because they had already been so helpful with the other issue I was more than happy to welcome them back into my home. Keith arrived at the time agreed and walked me through the process of resetting the cartridge counter. Obviously, Brother had lied to me about my laser printer not having that capability! Chris and Keith have gone over and above in their service to my family and I. Cartridge World is my cartridge supplier! I can't thank them enough for being so helpful. Their time and attention will definitely save me money in the future!

Cartridge World claims to be a green company but that couldn't be further from the truth. They…read morethrow out 99% of inks, toners, and printers that you bring into them. You can check their dumpster out back if you'd like. It's a crime called "greenwashing" to pretend that you're an eco-friendly company when you're really just throwing everything in the trash. What's more, none of the contact information listed on this Yelp page is correct: even the suite number is for the UPS store next door. The owner was made aware of this but didn't seem keen on changing it. He's been aware of the incorrect information for over a month as of the time of this writing. I personally doubt that they will fix these errors.
