Unfortunate experience I had this location: 1324 Clarkson Clayton Center, Ellisville, MO 63011. After briefly waiting in line, I was called over to the counter by an employee named Nate. I was carrying two heavy Amazon return boxes. As I set them down and prepared to provide my return QR code, Nate suddenly left the counter and began talking with another employee. I stood there holding the boxes for several minutes while he carried on the conversation. Although it seemed to be work-related, it left me waiting unacknowledged. When he returned, I showed him my QR code and explained that it covered both boxes. He told me I would be charged for two packages. I explained that I had received them separately, but with one return label. He offered to tape them together, but his tone quickly became condescending and dismissive. When I tried to clarify how the packages were delivered, he responded arrogantly, questioning me and arguing instead of assisting. At one point, I told him that this was the first time I had experienced poor customer service at that location. His response was, "What are you talking about?" When I told him he was being rude, he flatly denied it and continued to argue. Eventually, he bypassed me and called over another customer - even though I still had another return to process. When I pointed this out, he said he would do it after assisting the other customer, despite me being there first. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager, he proudly stated that there was no manager on-site and that if I had an issue, I could contact UPS directly. So, I left without returning my other item and will follow up with Amazon to change to another return location such as Kohls or Whole Foods. This was an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating encounter. I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and disappointed in a company I've relied on for years. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately so that no other customer has to experience such poor treatment. read more

August 2025, a local repair shopped shipped a repaired item back to me which was damaged in transit. I submitted pictures of damaged item and the box, all sides. In October, I was told that supposed person who was handling claim was no longer with their store, and they dropped the ball. New person submits claim, and I never hear back. I contact Kevin, the owner, and he tells me in December that he has mailed me a check. Here it is January 15, I have not received a check and owner won't return my calls. Run, don't walk, to another shipper. Apparently Kevin has several stores so beware of other area UPS stores, he may own them as well. read more

Horrible customer service. Twice I was told a manager would call & 7 days later no call. Contents were completely broken & they blamed the driver who's a UPS employee. After that they blamed me for the packing even though their employee inspected the box before he sent it. read more

Very poor customer service. The man behind the counter was in such a hurry that he didn't listen to my mailing instructions. When he did it incorrectly he became belligerent and blamed me escalating the situation. No future business from me. read more

While this is my most convenient location, I will go out of my way to avoid this store in the future. The employee working this morning was not only unhelpful in trying to track a package, she was dismissive and rude. While I am aware that there are limitations to what she could do, she condescendingly asked if I "understood" what she was saying. Never again. read more

The woman working there this morning does not seem to like her job. Only giving two stars because I was in and out fairly fast (prepaid scan and drop) but I felt like I was an annoyance to her. I'll take the extra time to go to another location in the future. read more

I brought in about 20 breakable items that needed to have wrapped and shipped. The items also had a high sentimental value. Mary, with UPS, was really kind and professional. She assured me that things would be well wrapped. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Mary did an excellent job. If l lived in the area I would definitely use them again. read more

Every time I go there for a service other than shipping, I leave without completing it. Today I called to verify their notary service was available and the guy said yes. I get there 20 minutes later and nope! Notary was not there. Same guy every time there to let me down, with no care in the world. read more

This UPS Store location is inside the Dierbergs that is located at clarkson and Clayton. I have used it several times for pickup and drop off or returning items etc. I have never had any problems. They are always quick, helpful, and courteous. read more

Terribly rude customer service and I have never had to verify my address with anything other than my drivers license and they made me find some thing with my actual address on it not just verbally verify my address which I have done with every other ups store/package/at the post office. I am from out of state and this is was very inconvenient. read more
