It's been a long time since I've needed to come to an Office Depot. Being honest, I wasn't sure if they were still in business, but I remembered this location since it's near my gym. My main focus of this visit was to get a chair for my desk- preferably one without wheels. I had been looking all around and figured if an office supply store didn't have what I wanted, I'd probably never find anything. I decided to take a look around before I hit what I actually needed. They have a ton of stuff here. Printers, paper, general office supplies like Kleenex, Sharpies - which I love, printer paper, and the list goes on and on. I was asked a few times if I needed assistance, which I appreciated. The back is where the desks and the chairs are. They didn't have a wide variety of wheel-less chairs, but I was able to find one that did work. If I needed one with wheels, they certainly would have had what I wanted. The cashier was super friendly and did her absolute best to assist me. Who knows when I'll need to come back here, but I'm glad I did. I was kind of pleasantly surprised. This place sucks rather the coronavirus is going on or not. They never have shit in stock I hate the store what's the point of even having it? I went to go buy a new laptop. But instead I've gone through every single one only be told they don't have it in stock I made the process much simpler this time. I asked the guy, which one do you have in stock? That said, I self inflicted yet again the pain and agony of watching two Office Depot Print Center brainiacs rush into action with the speed of a 3 legged turtle. Mustering my deep inderstanding of mathematics, the 2 Office Depo'rs combined for a 17 minute ramp up in service from the time my azz entered til I heard "you in line sir cause the line here" Quite an accomplishment as there was 1 customer in front of me having a one (1) page document printed. This is my go to store when I need something for my home or office. I love that they have locations everywhere making it convenient and easy to find a store. Their selection and products are both great. I always seem to find what I need and have a variety of options to choose from depending on the quality and price I want to pay for something. The stores are laid out well with easy to read aisle signs hanging overhead. Checkout is also a breeze and don't forget to register for their rewards program to score some $ off of a future visit. read more

After having breakfast at the moon lite dinner we decided to go to office depot to see if they had any graphic cards there. We were looking around and didn't see anything so decided to ask one of the IT guys, I believe he was IT. His name was Rey and he knew his stuff. He was very informative about computers. I really didn't know what he was talking about but my husband knew. I'm glad we went there because someone told my husband he could change his graphics card out from his laptop and Rey told us that there was no way that you could do that. He also recommend a laptop that was best suited for my husband to purchase since he needed to get a new laptop now that he can't change his graphics card out. So if you need to talk to someone that knows all about computers ask for Rey!! read more

Print and Copy services are absolutely terrible here!!!! A job that I get done in under 20min monthly at another location, was told it would take over 3 hours. Really? Store still stinks- I don't understand why the store can't keep stocked. you're losing business because you don't have enough stock..when I did stock when I was in high school we would have been ashamed to let our stores not have enough supplies. today I came in for Life savers peppermints of course you only have the winter green ones you didn't have the peppermint Life Savers(in any size). The only reason I keep going to this store is that's closer to my house I wish I had a better selection of stores arghhh. read more

I was in a hurry and just needed to pick up some copy paper quickly. My inclination was to go to Walmart but Office Depot was slightly closer and even though their prices are higher I chose to pay more to get out faster. Big mistake. The line took forever and the person who was ringing people up was in no hurry. Finally when I got to the register they decided to open another line, thanks for nothing. I asked for the manager but they were somewhere in the back and couldn't be bothered to come and make sure their customers were being helped in a timely manner. Not coming back. read more

Warranty Scam. Bought office chair and paid $200 + 30. for warranty. 2 years later replaced it with same chair under warranty and purchased another warranty for it, but the receipt for the new chair was discounted value of $129. (They said it was on sale) but remember I didn't go out of pocket any money as it was under "warranty " So when I need to replace it in the future I only will have credit for $129 not $200. We used this Office Depot on N. Andrews to print and scan some documents for us from a thumb drive as we were moving out of state and our printer was packed. The young female late afternoon staffer did not make eye contact, did not smile, did not say thank you, and appeared to wish she was anywhere else. Long story short, she spent a very long time not completing the simple requested task. A young finally man stepped in to help us, met our needs, and we were then out in under five minutes. read more

i called the store first as i had questions to having my computer set up. the guy in the print center was new & he should not be answering the phone. i had 3 questions & he answered ea the same- i don't know, i'm not sure, or i "think" we do, or maybe. i asked for the supervisor & he said my call should of been forwarded to "technology". i will not be doing business w/ office depot. there were 1 or 2 other times in the past where the employees had no idea on the stores method of operation. no more office depot for me unless i need a paper clip. read more

Copy/shipping area needs a oral revamp. So slow. Nobody makes eye contact and a simple task takes forever.

I am pretty smart when it comes to computers but there are times I need a little extra TLC with a purchase. the TLC I am talking about I don't get at Best Buy per say because it's so loud and so crowded. On Dec 22nd I dropped off packages around 1:00pm that were to have been picked up that evening and scheduled for delivery in time for Christmas. The associate who assisted was very nice. I checked the tracking numbers the following day & Neither showed signs they had been picked up. I went to Office Depot to get a refund and to take my packages back. It turns out my packages were somehow placed in the wrong bin so the FedEx driver missed them. I asked to speak with a manager (he had to handle the refund anyway). The store associate and I explained what happened to Wally, the assistant manager. Wally made no eye contact with me and seemed totally unfazed about their mistake. He never apologized and seemed irritated when I questioned him about how the refund would be handled since the money had already come out of my account. Wally's customer service was horrible especially considering he's part of the management team. read more
