Bizarre business practices. A colleague was scammed into buying a whole case of printer ink. The cartridges were double the price of online retailers. They toss out discounts and rebates (gift cards) to con you into buying their overpriced products. They called constantly about invoices, getting more ink, supplies etc. The reps always push a 3-year warranty, as if that makes us want to buy their overpriced product more. We ultimately refused the package they were sending us. The rep got mad and hung up on me when I told him we weren't accepting it. read more

This company is scam. They sold someone in my office that was not in charge on an entire case of ink for thousands of dollars. I had multiple conversations with employees of the company stating I had no need for the amount of ink they were sending. They told me no problem, they would close it out. Then 6 months later they call saying we owe them X amount for the remaining products. Finally they told me I had 3 black cartridges left to close everything out, I told them I didn't need anymore black because of the amount they've already continued to send so they offered to swap them for colored cartridges. Even though I hesitated, i took the remaining 3 to close it out and be done with them. 3 months later I get another call, saying I still have 3 more black cartridges to pay for. Their internal communication is terrible and they continue to push products on you even when not needed. They are dishonest and deceiving. Let me start out by saying I have NOT done business with them. They contacted my office this morning and a "Tammy" introduced herself to me. She offered to provide a quote for the cartridges we use which I gave her a few model numbers. When I asked her to email me the quote, she refused saying its "faster" to do it over the phone. I declined telling her the remainder of the week is just too busy for me and again just asked her to email it to me. She then said she will call me back on Monday. This whole company is a scam. Outrageous prices and they lock you into bad deals. My colleague got mixed up with them and thousand upon thousands of dollars later we are drowning in ink that we do not need. This company is nothing but a SCAM. They told me they would send me a cartridge to try for free. They only game me a week to trying it and called multiple times in 1 week to see if we liked it. It was to the point of harrassment. I finally paid the bill to get them off my back. Then I get another ink cartridge in the mail with a bill. I did not authorize this. I got a marketing call about 2 months ago asking what kind of ink toner we use and that their ink outlasts any other kind of ink and cheaper. I kindly agreed to try it out. They sent two black toners. The first one was for us to try for "free". The second one, we could either keep and pay for it if we decided to go through them for toner, or send it back. We weren't looking for somewhere else to buy our toner supply from, so I sent the second back as they asked. Two weeks later, I get a call saying that we have to pay for the first one as it wasn't sent back.. The salesman that I originally talked to NEVER mentioned anything about sending the first one back as it was a trial. The lady that called me asking for payment for the first toner was an absolute jerk. She talked over me and insisted that we owed for the first ink toner. Really, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely amazing. I love love love this company. I call all the time to order ink and the staff is always so helpful and funny and makes ordering so easy. well I got a call form Jerry today. he said he was Pacific office which is who we use for all our ink an toner. he then said they were merging with American ink an toner . then took a 1200 order. after a few red flags I called his 1800 spoke to a woman who was very honest and said no an repulled the order to cancel. when I called jerry he acted like he didn't know what was wrong.......... scam someone else sir. read more

Worst company ever. After not getting my order. I went office in pompano, smelled like pot, and dirty, disorganized, crap everywhere. So shocked, I forgot to take picture. I ordered a toner cartridge online March 29 and I was charged for it that day. It was not shipped to me until over a month later, on May 1. The customer service representative claimed that this was made clear on the web site. I don't recall this. She suggested that ordering over the phone would not result in being charged until the item ships. The return information indicates that a 20% restocking fee may be applied. I've appealed this fee. We'll see what happens. While their website indicates satisfaction guaranteed, I can't see how that would be the case if others experience what I have experienced so far. Update: The president of the company himself responded to my query, explaining that my order was delayed due to a national backlog by the vendor. He was willing to only charge 15% for the restocking fee, and was very quick to respond to my emails, but was not willing to waive the fee. read more

I ordered ink cartridges for my Epson printer. The description said that these were the Epson OEM cartridges that are required for my printer. They were shipped quite quickly, but no matter how fast you get your order, it doesn't really matter when what you get is remanufactured junk. My printer flashed an error as soon as I installed them (Ink cartridges invalid. Please install only Epson cartridges). When I compared the original cartridges to the ones delivered by ATI, it was clear that these were some kind of cheap Chinese knockoffs. The little circuit board on the cartridges didn't match what was on the OEM cartridges, so my Epson printer has no idea what they are. I know what they are --- useless. Lesson learned. I went to Epson.com and paid a bit more to get the real deal. read more
