I don't know how Lowe's ranks stores but they obviously have some classification because there seem to be 4-5 store types ranging from very contractor focused to almost exclusively interior design shopping. This one is the type I like the most, it's a bit of everything and what you think of when you think of a box hardware store.

No one ever came back to me, so I just walked out of the store. When I went to Hobby lobby someone at the door, told me the direction to go in for the fabric by the yard and advised that someone would be there to help me. In a few short minutes an associate arrived and walked with me down the aisle, helping me to match the fabric I needed. She provided me the promotional pricing for the fabric and gave me a receipt to pay upfront. That's all I needed from Joannes, but couldn't get it, so I know where I'll go next time I need fabrics. They've got a lot more items there as well, Christmas, decorations,mugs, etc, more than you can imagine! and right now it's all 50% off

There are two problems with this location…read more First, the bathrooms have no ventilation and no attempts are made to cover/fight smells. If someone uses the bathroom and doesn't flush right away the horrid smell suffuses the room in a stomach churning smell that frequently drifts out into the hall. Sometimes you can smell the bathrooms 10 feet away. It's always been like this and it's inexplicable to me why they haven't done anything about it. The second problem is in the cafe. In our society where everything is driven by things they need to be plugged in, it's a mystery to me why there are are no plugs in the cafe. I think each side has one two plug setup and that is it. I'm really surprised they haven't just done a refresh on the whole area as it looks very run down and ratty. It would be a good excuse to add in the outlets and charging stations.

I was only there to Pick up my item! Still couldn't help, as they "had to close" I work 8-6 Mon-Fri, so Saturday's are my only chance to get to this place because they're not open past 6:00, only now to find out they don't want you there even when there's still 10 min left for them to be open, hence you being an inconvenience to them. 3rd impression, I arrive early today, Saturday, well before noon, to only find a sign on the door saying they're Closed due to the 4th of July and won't open again until the 13th. I completely understand people have vacations, but how about you UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE, so customers like me don't have to drive that far only to find out they're closed from a piece of paper. Once I'm able to pick up my item, there won't be another impression. Sadly I was told by others this is how they operate with the attitude and no sense of urgency, but I ignored based on they're the one place around that apparently repair a certain brand. I went here on Sunday, but this wasn't my first visit, just the one I am posting on. I got a few things that would have overall cost me much more at a big box store. Are they the best tools in the world, likely not, but for the price and as someone who doesn't use them everyday it is a great place to get things that I really don't care if I hand it down to my descendants.
