I had a fantastic experience at this Office Depot. Having never used their printing services before, I was promptly assisted at the counter by one of the with knowledgeable employees about the different paper weights and feel that they had in store. They had a large selection of paper to choose from, and they provided me with suggestions of paper to choose. Then they assisted with printing the document. I realized the document was not formatted correctly, so I sat in one of their work stations to fix it. Once completed, we reprinted the document and it looked perfect. It was great value, costing less than a dollar for two documents printed on nice paper in color. I would revisit this location in the future for my printing needs. read more

Carl, the manager, shepherded the project through on a glide path that was impeccable. What may have been an ordeal was completed in four hours without a glitch! I I am extremely disappointed and deeply hurt by the discriminatory treatment I experienced at Office Depot on 6/11/25. I was denied the ability to print graduation tickets -- a service that multiple other customers had successfully used at this very location. The employee working that day, Alyssa, initially processed my order but contacted me within an hour to inform me that she could no longer fulfill it. My primary frustration with Alyssa comes from both her attitude during the ordering process and the prolonged delays she caused, which ultimately made me late for work. Additionally, she further wasted my time by failing to share any potential issue with printing during the 20+ minutes I spent waiting in line and the 10+ minutes spent placing the order. Alyssa later claimed she had "just received notice" that ticket printing was no longer allowed, despite the fact that others had successfully printed tickets at the same location the previous day. While I was placing my order, I litterally saw stacks of printed graduation tickets sitting on the counter and even asked Alyssa about them. A customer in line with me even confirmed they had successfully printed their tickets without any issue at this very location. Alyssa's sudden refusal to complete my order was both discriminatory and intentional, she chose to make this "notice" an issue only when it came to my order, even though she had previously processed other ticket printing orders without any issue. If I had been informed of this supposed policy change when I first arrived, my time would not have been wasted. This policy was only enforced when I myself, a minority customer attempted to place an order. The store manager, Carl Schell, unnecessarily escalated the situation by contacting the school of the graduate in attempt to intimidate us over the ticket printing, despite the store previously authorizing and admitting (as confirmed by Alyssa) to printing tickets for numerous other schools. Alyssa also acknowledged that this had been done several times before without any issues, aside from minor differences in how the tickets were printed. Yet, I was singled out, treated differently, and ultimately disrespected. Carl Schell's tone and behaviour was completely unprofessional and unacceptable -- he even hung up on me during our phone conversation. His conduct, especially as someone in a position of authority, was not only rude but discriminatory. I strongly discourage anyone from using this Office Depot location and suggest going to other nearby locations for printing services to ensure better treatment and reliable service. read more

This review is specificially for the folks who handle the computer repairs at this location - outstanding job in helping with a not so minor computer disaster. An accident involving a full glass of an adult beverage and a relatively new HP laptop, resulted in a fried laptop and the total loss of a nice glass of 2009 St Francis Claret. On a Sunday, 10 days before Christmas, they tested the computer, determined the mother board was fried, but the hard drive was intact, transferred the data to a flash drive - all for $30, all in less than 2 hours. Miss Alice is now back on line with a new, better HP and has transferred her old files to the new machine. Thanks OD, life is good again, and serene. read more

I came in today with my best friend to help her print out business cards. Unfortunately Charlie the sales advisor wasn't giving the help we needed. She told us to go through the website to print them out but the card was not fitting the size and I know emailing it would be better because I've done it for myself plenty times but she said she'd have to format it which she didn't want to do the laziness. Then we proceeded to continue service and she acted like she didn't want to take care of us because she didn't take down her number or name to let us know when the cards are ready. They usually let people pay after service like a normal person so they can see how it turned out but she wanted us to pay beforehand. Terrible service. read more

Went in recently to purchase a printer and was met with zero help. We asked someone on the sales floor a question, he said he had no idea and didn't even attempt to get the answer. Picked out a printer without any help, lugged it upfront for the cashier to barely speak or make eye contact. He didn't even come around the counter to scan the LARGE boxed printer. I am very loyal to the Office Depot on Battleground and have always had the best experience there. However, I was in need of several back to school supplies and was in the area and decided to stop in. Right out in the front was there 25% off sign for teachers. I was excited because I am a teacher and thought I could save some money. I also noticed they had 10 cent composition books so my daughter picked out red and blue. Long story short, I get up to the register and come to find out that the 10 cent notebooks were only the black ones. I couldn't find anywhere in the flyer or store that specified, but okay. Then the last straw was that the teacher discount ended the previous day. When I told them there was a big sign outside they acted like I was lying or something. It was just a very bad end to my long 10 hour day. I won't be going back to the New Garden Store that 's for sure. Should have known better and stuck with Battleground. read more

This is the Office Depot closest to my house and so it would be the most convenient for printing but because of the rudeness and lack of customer service that Amber (I believe is the name of the blonde in customer service), I go elsewhere. Multiple (at least 4 times), I've gone to the store and she is working and tells me that if it's a "big job" she'll have to place a work order that won't get done that day- this has happened each time and not once has she asked the number of pages or copies or any information about my job. When I asked her the definition of a long job this most recent time she blatantly sighed and rolled her eyes and said, "that would be a big job." To put it into context, I had ten documents, all 1-2 pages black and white. I have printed more at other Office Depots with no trouble at all. I apologized for the inconvenience and said I would need to go elsewhere and she just shrugged her shoulders. I empathize with her in that customer service isn't fun but it's also her job. I'm not saying she should've printed everything for me, I just wish she had been more respectful in her decline to do so. read more
