I love the self service area. We were able to easily print our labels for candles and spray bottles. It was easy and inexpensive. We didn't need much help, so I can't relate to the other reviews stating poor customer service. We even had the opportunity to check our self off. Everything is connected to the printer. I'm just about done with Office Depot This girl tells me that the scanner is not "self service, I have to wait in line for her to assist me...I say ok...she goes really slow and Ive always done this by myself here, all I'm doing is scanning the piece into my flash drive. (I own a small business of selling art prints) by the time she gets to me I tell her what I need and she handles my paintings all flimsy and puts it through a scanner that rolls the piece into a half cylinder..."I'm like, what is wrong with you?" (in my head) It's over in like 3 secs and hands everything back to me and says THATLL BE 27 cents! REALLY... So I get a dollar and she gets a sticky note and writes the code of the purchase to hand me off to another register because their registers are down...ok...im done with her and office depots establishment. read more

At 3:45 today my husband was there getting address labels and the woman had an attitude as soon as he walked up. He had brought a sample label to make it simple. She did not know how to do it or what she was doing. They were done incorrectly. My husband paid and left because he didn't think they could be done any better. They are not useable and we're thrown away. Not being able to do something is one thing, but having an attitude and being rude is another. Just order labels and anything printed from Vistaprint and Zazzle, they are the best in quality and customer service. read more

Office Depot/Office Max has changed a lot over the years. This place is run down. Needs a facelift. Staff mostly walks around confused. I was able to find what I needed, finally. If it weren't for basic knowledge of Office Depot layout, I would still be there. read more

Waited in line for 30 minutes to get something spiral bound, then they tell me they can't do it until tomorrow even though it was only 5:30pm. Of course I take it to the Atascocita location and they did it in literally 30 seconds. Don't waste your time. read more

Came to ship a few things. The sales girl told us to sign in the computer and start the process. She then gose to the next person and helps him leaving us standing here now waiting to be helped with the process. We asked here to help only to tell us we need to wait for someone to come to assist us. Another girl comes and goes to help the girl that told us to wait. Now there are two people helping the person who came in after us. Incredible! We finally had to interrupt them to help us. The second girl came and did help us. 5 stars for the store, 0 stars for the delivery service they use. I hate bringing up my status as a recently retired & disabled veteran, but it applies in this case. I have screws & rods in my spine, & multiple permanent rib fractures from a military accident. Given my situation, I frequently choose delivery for most items other men my age would gladly haul themselves. I bought a desk that's roughly 75 pounds. It came in a long flat box. The delivery driver showed up with the box on a dolly. I advised him that my office was upstairs. He refused to take the box upstairs because "it's heavy". I looked at him like REALLY. I then told him about my injuries, and he still replied "it's too heavy". I then asked if the people I paid Office Depot to assemble the desk were going to carry it upstairs, and his reply was "I don't know". What a LOSER. He had a dolly, and he easily wheeled the desk up my inclined driveway. That being said, what's ONE flight of stairs. I'm 6'4" about 260 pounds, and this guy was roughly the same size as me. A person that size, who does deliveries for a living and is apparently healthy, refusing to carry a 75 pound box up one flight of stairs on a dolly for a disabled person is a blatantly LAZY and WORTHLESS human. Out of options, I called the assembly company to discuss my situation, and they were closed. The assembly is scheduled for 8am tomorrow. I also found out the item must be in the office prior to the assemblers arriving. So as a last resort, I called the store. I spoke with a manager who did everything he could to rectify the situation. Finally, after hitting roadblocks, he volunteered to come over when he gets off to bring the desk upstairs himself. That may be one of the kindest things anyone has volunteered to do for me. Again, 5 stars for the business, ZERO stars for the 3rd party that does their deliveries. read more

Terrible customer service! Michael the sales associate was COMPLETELY rude. It took me over 30 min to print ONE single sheet of paper. He gave me attitude and made snarky comments when I asked wether or not he received my email. He told me the computer would chime when it receive an email, and when I informed him it did indeed chime he says "Wow well at least someone was listening." Idk why I chose to come here when the past 2 times I've been treated like dirt on the bottom of their shoe. I will literally drive further than I need to to go to a better location and I recommend the same to all of you, don't waste your time or energy at this shithole. read more

This has been a poor experience. On 9/22/17, I ordered some post cards using their template. I asked for the cards to be picked up at the local store. Per the order, the cards would be available on 10/5/17 approximately 2 weeks. The problem began when I wanted to reorder a smaller amount for same day pick up. Well, for approximately 36 hours their online service for printing was down nationwide and thus they could not use the online service to access my online order. Secondly, my order was pushed back to delivery on 10/6/17. When I called the 1-800 customer service line to ask for a refund because their system was down, I was told a request would be done. When I asked for a supervisor, I was informed that the supervisor was on break. As of 9/26/17, my online order was still showing in process. So then I went on line for text conversation with Office Depot to ask when the order would actually go to print. I was informed that I had to ask the store to which the order was to be sent. When I went into the store, I was told that I had to ask the national service (1-800 number again). When given the 877 number to call the national print shop, I was informed that they were closed and their hours were 8am to 8 pm EST. Well, I called on Tuesday twice at 8am CST and 2 pm CST and their sorry we are closed message came on again. When I made the selection as if I was a retail business, then a live person answered that call, but of course could not help me because they were not the print shop area. Based on my last call to customer service, my order has been escalated and I was suppose to receive a call from corporate. As of today that has not happened. I ordered yard signs from Bannerbuzz.com on 9/14/16 and the order was received 7 days later from India. This store is all of 15 minutes from my house and I cannot get a concrete answer about my order. This will be my last time using Office Depot. Hopefully, the order will arrive on 10/06/17. read more
