As many of these types of reviews go, convenience is the game. And this is the most convenient office supply store to my home/work. I get all of my necessary office items here and do a fair amount of printing jobs with them. The location itself is pretty standard for any Office Depot. Parking is always really easy and the store is wide open and plenty bright to find all of those riveting office supplies you may be in the market for. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have had to wait a few times for some of the printed items. But I also have been very last minute on some things that they have worked with me on in the past. As long as I live and work over this way, this will be my go-to store for all things office supply related. Pretty much your standard Office Depot. Came in for a couple of pre determined items. In and out real quick. Got good service and were greeted when coming into the store but nothing stand out. Just know you will get what you need no frills. Also plenty of stock so no need for repeat trips or angst trying to find your product somewhere else. read more

Horrible Service! I called on the way to make sure they were open and had someone in the print shop that could help me. I was put on hold for 20 minutes until I was about there. I hung up and called back, before I could say anything I was put on hold. After another 15 minutes I was walking in the store with Blue prints I needed copied and I was already going to expect tomorrow. Then after being ignored for 20 minutes while someone will killing the print guy with stupid questions I ask for the manager. When she finally waddled up front I told her that I just need some help and if she could take my order I would drive out of my way and pick them up the following day. She then looked at me like I'm crazy to suggest that she or ask for help and quickly spoke with the one soul in the print shop and came back and told me it would be Friday or Saturday?? Today is Wednesday?? I reminded her of that just maybe thinking she spoke wrong by accident. She was serious. Just to get 2 pages copied, she was telling me 2-3 days.... That said, I've never tried to use Office Depot for Blue Print copy's. Now I know I will never try that again. I should have known. When I headed out this morning to see if I could find a new power cord for my laptop, I was really just hoping that they would have what I needed and that it would solve my computer issues (I was a bit apprehensive that there might be more wrong than just the power source). I have been going to this location for various office supplies, off and on since they've been open, and never had anything nice to say except it's convenient to home/work and has what most office supply locations have. I have NEVER once felt that service was that good. There must have been a change in management, because there is a new crew and they are great! I was very pleasantly surprised by the attitude and helpfulness of the employees. As I walked in, Tim greeted me and asked if he could assist. I explained what I needed and he went to straight to it (probably would have taken me 15 minutes of cruising the aisle). He insisted on checking my existing power cord to make sure that it was in fact not working, and then took it one step further by taking the new cord out of the box and testing to make sure it worked. He then turned me over the check-out girl, who was also very nice and smiled and thanked me for coming in. I hope they keep these folks around! read more

Love that every single person working had a mask on and was wearing it correctly. I was also very impressed by the professional customer service of all staff members, but especially one woman who was working at the printing desk. Her professionalism and customer service is unmatched to anything I've ever seen, much less in a pandemic. One man was giving her a particularly difficult time and she responded with such poise and professionalism. It's nice to feel like the places I go during covid are responding with safety and good attitudes. read more
