I want to give a shout out to Nate who was at the print shop when I came in last Sunday. I had an urgent print job that I needed done in a few hours. it included an agenda, cards and name tents for an event I was having. He was by himself and it was extremely hectic...phones ringing, customers coming in, jobs to be completed and with all of that going on, he patiently helped me complete my order online. He was kind, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job! not just with me, but with everyone he encountered. Nate is a treasure! Be careful Office Depot, someone is going to snap him up! read more

I was working on a family reunion project for my mom's 87th birthday party and ran out of ink while printing some pictures so off to OD I go. It's a short walk across the street and gave me another chance to get some steps in for the day. Located along busy 3rd St at the beach, it's located in an outdated strip mall that's actually going thru a bit of transition. No trouble finding a parking spot because there's not much else open in the strip mall any longer. Once inside it's pretty much like any other OD store. Fairly well laid out and easy to find stuff by looking up at the aisle markers or signs overhead to guide you in. We knew what we were looking for so we pretty much went straight to the printer ink. I have one of those printers that takes 3 color cartridges and 1 black cartridge and you have the option to buy any of them separately or buy a combo pack with everything included. I went for the combo and to my surprise the combo scores you a free flash drive. You can never have too many of those. I grabbed my combo pack but didn't see the free flash drive. I guess it didn't make any sense to co-locate them next to the ink? Anyway, I went to the checkout and had a brief delay waiting for the guy ahead of me to clear. The cashier rang me up and didn't mention anything about the free flash drive so I brought it up. She had to call for help on her wired headset and a manager quickly came over and brought the drive to us. He chuckled a bit and commented "you didn't think we were going to make it easy for you did you". I wanted to reply "no, I didn't expect you'd make my shopping experience as fast and convenient as Amazon does" which is where I usually purchase my ink and office supplies from. I was finished checking out in no time and on my way. I like the store but they need to refresh the appearance and better inform their employees on store specials to enhance the customer experience. They also have an outdated rewards card program that doesn't allow for real time checking of rewards balance and instant redemption like other retailers offer. read more

Came here to get some school supplies last night . This store is HUGE! Literally ginormous. I wasn't asked if I needed help but I managed to find my folders and such by taking a 50/50 guess and heading to my right . Office Depot has a wide variety of options And I was able to nicely pick and choose. When I was ready to check out I went to the area where they print paper and such because none of the check out desks were an option. Seemed like the computers were a bit slow or not working well because the employees looked as though they were struggling a bit with it . They thanked me for my patience and I checked out . Overall , not a bad experience but not a 5 star amazing experience either . Just seemed like another long closing night at the depot . Overall would I come back ? For sure ! Do I recommend? Office Depot at Jax Beach. Clean atmosphere and very friendly staff. Usually I walk a half marathon to find someone to help me locate items. Not here. (Perhaps I was there at an optimal time) However, I'm gonna assume, this staff is just that good and makes themselves available for their customers. What I really loved was.... I looked like I was looking for something ... A staff member approached me and asked if I needed help... I did... He gave me great instructions ... I walked to the other side of the store .... I couldn't find the item.... Boom... Another staff member was right beside me asking to help ... He then walked me to my needed item ... I walked out with a smile. read more

Mark K a operation her manager, provided zero help and acted very annoyed when I asked for help. I have a small business and have been in every other day spending $50-$100 per visit over the past few weeks I will now switch to another printing service because of his rudeness and incompetence. I simply asked for one receipt which he told me it would be easier if I did it myself online. I said a few words asking I'm here now and I would like for you to at least look he side looked around for five minutes and said there's nothing I have I can give you an 800 number that's the best I can do. Lastly I made color copies and the quality was extremely poor compared to all the other copies I have made in the past and again he said there was nothing he could do so much for OfficeDepot. read more

Great location respective to my office, very professional and helpful staff in the printing department. I needed a 17 page presentation printed and bound in time for 10:30 am meeting and John (and his staff) were awesome. I arrived at 8:30 and was walking out by 9:00 am. They got the job done quickly, accurately and it looked great! Also wonderful to know they are open at 8:00 am. They were friendly, professional and consultative as well. My inner nerd is in heaven when I go to Office Depot. My favorite time of year as a kid was school supply shopping. What better place to go than OD to get an array of notebooks, folders, binders, highlighters, etc in a rainbow of colors? The staff at Office Depot are always willing to help you find what you're looking for if you can't find it on your own. They are knowledgable about what they carry and won't lead you around the store on a wild goose chase. They'll even recommend somewhere you can try if they happen not to carry what you're looking for, which unfortunately happened on my most recent trip. Office Depot is always the first place I head when I need any office/school/business supplies for my personal or work use. read more

I highly recommend the printing service at this Office Depot branch. On two different occasions, I've been visiting Jax Beach and had difficulty getting other vendors to do what I thought were a very simple printing jobs. Last month I needed a JPG printed onto Paper Source invitation cards created for this purpose. The other local printers (FedEx, etc.) wouldn't do the job, saying this required a different kind of printer and that they were not allowed to print on heavier stock paper brought in by the client. Office Depot manager Rober D'Angelo to the rescue! He didn't blink an eye and just started printing. Even though it's slightly out of my way, I will *always* use this Office Depot again for my printing needs in the Jax Beach area. Excellent print jobs. GREAT customer service!! read more

Poor service. Understaffed. Making promises they can't keep... Debinding and 3-hole punching of 10 thin texts shouldn't take more than 2 full days, especially when you say it'll be done. If you can help it, definitely take your business someplace else. read more
