Went to get a label maker for my husband. The sign stated that it was on sale but it rang up for the regular price. I asked the cashier to hold the order while I went to check the price. Sale had expired on 12/27/25 but sale tag had not been removed. When I brought it to the cashier he went ahead and told me they would honor the sale price. read more

I ordered business cards from here and had such a bad experience. I got notified that they were ready to be picked up, but when I went in store they said they had no record of them. Long story short- I returned a couple days later to try again to pick them up. This particular location is best for printing documents that you need to be printed. Customer service is dead at this location as well. One employee out of 4 other employees that was standing around doing nothing did not bother to ask if I needed help with anything or what I was looking for. I frequent this location for print jobs, and not much more. First off, the location is stellar in Newnan. In the middle of Ashley Park between Old Navy and Target. Second, the print staff is always great! I send/drop off massive print jobs with a lot of varying needs and they always seem to get it right and if they have any questions, they are not afraid to reach out and ask before printing. Tim has been my go-to for the last year or so, and Kenny is a newcomer, to me at least, but seems very kind, attentive and overall a pleasure to work with. Overall, if you got printing needs in Newnan...these guys got you covered. read more

Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me. This will be my last time to do business with this particular location. I gave them a second chance after they messed up some invitations a while back, and the print shop manager went over and beyond to make things right, so I ordered an over-sized poster from them that turned out fine. Alas, the good service was but a fleeting gesture...an apparent fluke. . . for now we are waiting for bulletins that we had printed a few days ago...they gave us HALF of them, and forgot to give us the other half. We live over an hour away...and have asked them several times to please mail us the half that they forgot to give us (since we won't be back in town for a while. . .and since THEY were the ones that forgot to include them in our package). But so far, we have yet to hear back from anyone. Very disappointing. Save yourself some time and frustration, and have your print work done somewhere more capable of handling such menial tasks. When a place of business states their hours are 8 AM - close then I expect all employees to be there at 8 AM not 8:05 not 810 but at 8am , also when there are two employees in a place of business and not one of them can help you with lamination and you have to wait on the one employee that is 10 minutes late and not showing up on their scheduled time that's not acceptable . the work ethic today is deplorable and totally understandable why most places of business are going to self-service checkout because nobody wants to work anymore or show up on time read more

I came to Office Depot in Newnan on a Sunday to purchase two specific items that my daughter needed for school the next day. I arrived in the store at 5:58pm and I was allowed in the store. After searching for one item with my daughter on FaceTime I was approached by a female employee and told that they were closed and that they close at 6:00 now. It was 6:01 when I was approached and I was wearing a mask and not causing any problems. I'm very shocked because I was allowed in the store in the first place and then asked to leave at 6:01. I had no idea that the store was closing at 6:00 and there was a giant sign outside that said "WE ARE OPEN!" With the economy the way it is and the current 1.5 stars this store is already has on Yelp I would think that customer service would be a top priority. I am a rewards member and business owner and will take my business elsewhere from now on! read more

This Office Depot has poor customer service. Placed an order online to pick up at the store, arrived to the store but was unable to locate the item in the pickup area. Asked for assistance from 2 employees..one being the manager and did not receive any help. So I got in line waited over10-minutes only to be told to check the pick up area. The manager Honey Duncan was not helpful at all. Told me I couldn't be helped until the line went down..totally unacceptable poor service. Will rethink shopping at this location again. read more

Consistently make the mistake of coming to this store and thinking that I'll get good service or what I need. The manager is the absolute worst and they evidently have store policies that don't match up with printed corporate policies and had to kinda kick up a stick for them to do there job of refunding me $8. As far as office supply stores go, this store is average at best. I always come in here hoping to find a deal on office equipment and I always leave empty handed. Why would I go here when I can find what I am looking for at a Best Buy, Target, or Walmart (for the price I want)? I honestly feel sorry for this store. When I visited the store today, it almost looked like they were trying to liquidate their assets because there was a lot of open space with no product. Horrible customer service! Tim in the print shop and one of the female managers wouldn't assist me because Tim said he had other work to do & so did the manager when I just needed pictures that I was trying to email them printed out. They assisted the Caucasian customers that were ahead of me so it definitely seemed like they were discriminating against me. Will definitely never go to this Office Depot again! read more
