As the card itself was already done, the Office Depot website was super easy to use and presented the step by step process from upload to final review. Being that I did the entire order online, I was in control of everything before it went to print which increased my confidence in the order. Once my order was placed, I set it for pick up at the Office Depot - Fayetteville location. I received the email when my order was ready and made my way to Office Depot - Fayetteville. The location was easy to find as it is directly on the main road. There is ample parking and easy access on and off the roadway. Walking in, the Office Depot - Fayetteville location is huge. The light was bright and vibrant and the store was super clean. I made my way to the print area, provided my name, and boom. My order was waiting on me. Yesssssssss. Talk about easy and convenient. I checked my cards and they looked amazing. The bleed area was spot on and the prints looked exactly like they did online via the sample provided. The young lady who assisted me was super nice and made the transaction that much better. If you are able to do your ordering online, I say do it. It's quick, easy, and straightforward. I am filing a complaint regarding a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at an Office Depot location in Fayetteville,GA. On the same day of purchase, I bought an HP printer cartridge (HP 934) and realized shortly after opening the outer packaging that I had selected the wrong model. I had my receipt and returned to the store within hours to request an exchange or refund. Despite the product being unused and in resellable condition, I was met by a store representative who was not only unhelpful but also dismissive and rude. I was told that because the box had been opened, they would not accept the return--without any attempt to offer an alternative solution, such as an exchange or store credit. What made the situation worse was the tone and behavior of the staff. Instead of trying to assist or de-escalate, I felt rushed out of the store and treated as if I had done something wrong. There was no effort to provide customer service or uphold basic professionalism. This experience raises serious concerns about Office Depot's customer service practices and return policies. A same-day return with a valid receipt for an unused item should not result in this kind of treatment. Policies should be applied with reasonable discretion, especially when the product is clearly unused and the mistake was immediately addressed. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that Office Depot take steps to ensure: a. Staff are trained to handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully b. Reasonable accommodations are made for legitimate same-day return situations c. Clear and fair return policies are consistently communicated and applied As it stands, this experience reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and basic business ethics. I came in around 5pm with a really important print job for my film project and the Office Max associate Ray was very helpful. He did mention that he was busy with orders and other customers, but I was patient and he was kind enough to assist me all the way through. I think the store should have more staff although I know that's only half the battle. He seemed to be doing 10 things at once but again, was very helpful and I made sure he knew I understood his POV being that I have an extensive professional history working in front line/customer service as well. Hire more people like Ray who want to help customers find solutions. read more

Yesterday I witnessed a staff member being completely condescending to a customer with a language barrier. The customer was trying to explain what he wanted, and the staff member (I believe his name is Adonis) kept interrupting him. The lady that was helping me at the time told him that she was told that staff could not sit when customers are present. He responded with he was told the same thing "but it is what it is". Then he decided that he was no longer interested in helping the customer and proceeded to walk away to speak with a young female staff member who was actually rude to the staff member who was assisting me. In fact, she too walked off on the customer with the language barrier and announced that she is "going to zone 5". This guy, Adonis, decided that it was best to walk around representing the company looking like a derelict with his pants below his waist, and his hands in said pants. read more

Great store. Very well stocked and good prices. They often have sales going no so I enjoy coming to this store to do my purchases for my office. Staff is really nice but sometimes depending on what time of day you go it seems like they are short staffed because at times it's hard to find someone to help. I arrived at this office Depot at 630 pm I did not get called until 715 pm. There were people waiting before me. They walked out of the store bc the wait was to long. The lady states that she could not see my email but I sent it to myself and got all three with in 7 minutes. The young lady even took someone ahead of me and she just watch me. I wish I could give zero stars to this location! I am a small business owner and needed a banner delivered to me for a last minute event. The website advertised one day print next day in the store. Well I get to the store on said delivery day and the Print clerk would have rather be at somebody's buffet or something as he shuffled over disengaged, chanting "I have to look for it". That consists of an up down in a small disorganized space! I finally said I have the order and tracking number want to look it up??? Like come on dude really? The location of the place is perfect. Ample parking.. really organized. However, my low rating is for the cashier. I was in the middle of checking out my printer paper and ink. The cashier suggested the deal at her register. I said cool.. I'll take those. Then, I remembered about a deal I just saw online. She had no clue about what I was talking about... so I showed her. I'm ok with her not knowing... but she didn't even try to ask anyone else. Instead... she was like... that's "probably" just an online deal. Well, it didn't say that it was... so it didn't hurt to ask. I just don't like when people say things that they don't have a clue about. Either say you don't know or offer to ask someone else. I'm ok with you not knowing. Anyways.... I inserted my card in too soon before finishing my question and my transaction goes through. I'm like darn... I really wanted those cheaper printer paper deal... oh well.. next time. Then she says to me... but those don't give me commission. Whaaaat? I'm like... did she just say that to me? lol. Um... ok.. I'm all for the support of your commission and all... but if there's a better deal for me... I'm not here to care about your printer paper commission! Seriously? So...
