Upon entering, I looked to my left at the checkout counter. No one was stationed there and a sign stated "Checkout at Print Center". I went to the Print Center, stood in line for several minutes, and took a picture of the entire area when a gentleman asked if I was being helped. I turned around to see TWO MORE customers in line behind him. I said loudly enough for all to hear, "I've been standing here for almost 5 minutes and no one has come around." Shortly thereafter, Brianna came up to ask what I needed. She apologized and said "I don't know where my four other associates are at." She had me go back to the regular checkout counter and retrieved my purchase from the cabinet. While waiting to complete the checkout process, two more associates came up, one pushing a cart with another customer's item, and the other walking beside her laughing and talking and having a good 'ol time. (Why you needed two associates to attend to one customer, plus leaving the checkout counter unmanned with a line of customers waiting is unfathomable. Where was the manager on duty?!) I thanked Brianna for assisting me with the checkout and began to leave. I then noticed the "Pickup station" nestled between a rack and a stack of shopping baskets at the entrance. I suggest that station needs to be more visible to people entering the store, especially when no one is monitoring the checkout counter. I might have gotten faster service (as well as the three customers behind me) if it was more out in the open.

This particular Office Depot is in the SODO (south of downtown) neighborhood of Orlando. The store is clean and the person who assisted me was absolutely fantastic. Since it is in a relatively large sized shopping plaza, parking is not an issue. This shopping plaza is also conveniently located on Orange Avenue, so it is in the middle of everything. I would definitely recommend a visit here for any of your office needs. I will give it five stars (). Head on over that way if you need anything for your office.

I just need a used file cabinet...cheap. One look at the warehouse and I realized how nice it was to have Will. He took me right to what I was looking for. I bought a $99 file cabinet. But Will treated me like I had just outfitted a $10k office. Put this place top on your list if you need to outfit your business or home office. And make sure you ask for Will. Ordered a desk, conference room table, chairs, waiting room chairs, a secretary station. When my desk was delivered it was broken in half. Then the men that delivered were pushing through my doorway and ripped up the frame (freshly painted as it is a new office). They took five hours to put the items together and then when they found the broken desk they were trying to convince me to leave it in my office until the new one came. I wanted to cancel and get a refund and was told by Donovan and Matt that they would work with me and get me a desk right away. This has been delayed over and over. I was supposed to get the desk yesterday (December 26) and was told that it would be today December 27. Now I am being told Matt and Donovan are both on vacation. What a joke. The first pictures shows the cracked return (in pieces). The other pictures shows the scratched up corners of the desk, the last is a picture of Donavan Smith so you know who you should never work with. I would never ever use this company again, as I sit here waiting for someone to call me back...

There were some quality items for quite a good price. I even found some boots and shoes. They weren't in my size but I was surprised to see them so cheap.

As a company I feel they have really gone downhill in recent years. I haven't been in one in a…read morewhile but I had a FedEx package to be shipped and it's hard to find drop-off points. They were listed near where I was so I figured I'd give it a try. I walked inside not sure where to go and not seeing any employees except a busy cashier. I thought the obvious choice was to try their shipping center. I walked over and waited as there was a line. At some point a gentleman walked up and just asked me if I was in line or if I had checked in. I was confused because I didn't feel I should need a check in just to drop off a package. I continued waiting a few more minutes and a customer who was off to the side waiting for someone and making copies asked me if I had tried at the register as he saw what I was trying to do. I didn't really think the register was where I should go but as nobody was working the counter where I was at least it was an employee. I wanted over and waited for them to finish with the couple that was picking up a few things. Once they finally got themselves together and out of the way I walked over and he asked how he could help me. I explained that I just needed to drop off a FedEx package. He told me I had to do it over by the shipping center. I explained that I had been over there and there didn't seem to be anyone working over there and other people were still waiting as well. Finally he asked me if I needed a receipt for the drop off or if I just wanted to drop it off. I showed him that everything was all set and that I just wanted to drop it off. He offered to take it and put it in their Dropbox which is apparently hidden somewhere behind the shipping counter. I wasted a good 5 minutes or more doing something that I've been able to get done in a dollar store in a minute or less. I feel like it would have taken me less time if I'd gone all the way to Federal Express themselves. I'm not sure how this company continues to survive with how they run their stores.
