I was surprised by the lack of customer associates at the front of the store when I walked in. I…read morepurchased a printer cartridge on line and arrived to pick it up. Upon entering, I looked to my left at the checkout counter. No one was stationed there and a sign stated "Checkout at Print Center". I went to the Print Center, stood in line for several minutes, and took a picture of the entire area when a gentleman asked if I was being helped. I turned around to see TWO MORE customers in line behind him. I said loudly enough for all to hear, "I've been standing here for almost 5 minutes and no one has come around." Shortly thereafter, Brianna came up to ask what I needed. She apologized and said "I don't know where my four other associates are at." She had me go back to the regular checkout counter and retrieved my purchase from the cabinet. While waiting to complete the checkout process, two more associates came up, one pushing a cart with another customer's item, and the other walking beside her laughing and talking and having a good 'ol time. (Why you needed two associates to attend to one customer, plus leaving the checkout counter unmanned with a line of customers waiting is unfathomable. Where was the manager on duty?!) I thanked Brianna for assisting me with the checkout and began to leave. I then noticed the "Pickup station" nestled between a rack and a stack of shopping baskets at the entrance. I suggest that station needs to be more visible to people entering the store, especially when no one is monitoring the checkout counter. I might have gotten faster service (as well as the three customers behind me) if it was more out in the open.

Zeno sold us a new Micr printer/copier, even though we told them we didn't need a MFD, around 6…read moremonths ago. The device was delivered and so far they have not provided MICR toner, all of their techs have told us it's because that machine won't do MICR. The machine still sits in our office, unused, 6 months later. We have asked them to pick it up several times, they have not. Their accounting department referred our account over to collection agency. You sold us something that doesn't work, and you know it doesn't work, and yet you still want us to pay??? Around 2 months ago we signed a new lease for two new MICR printers, as of today they still haven't been delivered. They supply us with MICR toner in what appears to be used/rebuilt toner cartridges. Now I don't care if they are rebuilt but these toner cartridges are garbage and drop toner and streaks all over the checks we print. Most days we end up reprinting checks multiple times to get a stack that won't get rejected. I have personally called 5 or 6 times, over the past two months, to speak to someone with skin in the game, someone who can actually make decisions. The farthest I can get is the poor person who answers the phone. They don't have the ability or authority to correct the problem. In over two months of calling not one executive has returned my phone calls, I give them my cell number. As a CIO of a midsized company, I run a service organization, so I understand what it's like to deal with these issues. The last time I had a customer that was disappointed with our service, I got on a plane and flew to Texas personally to meet with them. I don't hide behind my service techs, all my clients and customers can reach me on my cell 24x7. I've ordered my own MICR printers and toner, as soon as they are up and running next week I will fire Zeno. This is a chance for Zeno to save this account, but at this point I need to speak with a senior executive, quit hiding behind voicemail, to explain to me how their organization can possibly run this badly. I don't expect to hear from anyone.

Ordered a desk, conference room table, chairs, waiting room chairs, a secretary station. When my desk was delivered it was broken in half. Then the men that delivered were pushing through my doorway and ripped up the frame (freshly painted as it is a new office). They took five hours to put the items together and then when they found the broken desk they were trying to convince me to leave it in my office until the new one came. I wanted to cancel and get a refund and was told by Donovan and Matt that they would work with me and get me a desk right away. This has been delayed over and over. I was supposed to get the desk yesterday (December 26) and was told that it would be today December 27. Now I am being told Matt and Donovan are both on vacation. What a joke. The first pictures shows the cracked return (in pieces). The other pictures shows the scratched up corners of the desk, the last is a picture of Donavan Smith so you know who you should never work with. I would never ever use this company again, as I sit here waiting for someone to call me back...
