Prices are too high, and the matching policy is ridiculous. I went to buy a tri-panel display board for my son's science fair project. The board was Office Depot brand for $14.89, but a board with the same dimensions is only $2.99 at Hobby Lobby. The cashier said they can't price match to Hobby Lobby. Then I was able to find the same board at Target for $3.99. The cashier said they do price match to Target, but they still refused to price match since the brands didn't match. So they lost my business and I went to Target next door. read more

Prices are 50% higher if you walk in and shop for yourself than if you do curbside. I can understand stores charging a bit more for the convenience of curbside. But charging 50% for you to go in and shop for yourself is not only ridiculous but price gauging. They refused to give me cooperate number. I hate this location. Wait time is crazy long with no customers in line. Waiting waiting waiting! Came in today hopping to get 10 copies and the clerks said she won't be able to have them done today. There's two other clerks working and standing around just watching me wait. No one said anything to me until I acknowledge them. Asked for corporate customer #, but I got no help. The customer service here sucks. So tired of the experiences I've been having with businesses that don't keep their employees happy. Cause obviously they end up taking it out on the company's clients. SMH. The person at the business cards desk (Amanda or Vanessa can't remember her name, it became insignificant after her energy was so crappy) was incredibly rude. I have no idea why, but it was an automatic attitude. Reported to the manager and he allowed her to continue the job. Didn't pull her to the side, reprimand her or anything. Never come back. I placed the order online, came to pick up, and then there are missing 2 of 5 files in total. Called them, and a staff named Amanda shows attitude. Just want them to check it for me then i can come later or refund of 2 files that missing. But it is so hard to talk with her. This is undoubtedly the worst store EVER! I'd give zero stars. The line for copy service is always long and one person working ALWAYS! Both self serve machines needed to be reset or something and when I went to ask one of the five employees standing at the front chatting they all looked at me "Like how dare you interrupt our meaningless conversation that had nothing to do with work". The one person that came to see what was wrong with the self serve started telling me about some sort of sign in kiosk...means nothing when you have 10 people in line and 1 employee. I'll just keep going to UPS it's quicker and less stressful. read more

Be prepared to wait a full 25 minutes (no exaggeration!) for copies at the print desk because self-service is down, and there is only ONE associate serving multiple customers. Also, be prepared to pay the extra charge associated with print desk jobs even though self-service wasn't an option. Better yet: save yourself some sanity and drive the extra mile to Staples. What is his name Justin or Dustin? Either way, the customer rep at the printing counter was great! He said he had a couple of projects due today as he was also assisting other customers. I needed a trans parent see printed for a wedding in a few hours. He worked with me and gave me some advice and tips on the transparency. He worked my job in between the other jobs that he had and he definitely showed Customer Service and Cara. Give him a huge raise! I will refer Office Depot to any of my friends when the need arises.
