***Delivery Crew Danger***…read more I have achieved a new level of anger this evening, at the ineffective and lazy delivery men of AFW. On top of them throwing my couches, damaging my walls, being insanely rude to my wife, cursing, intimidating my wife about having to take pieces of our couch up a flight of stairs, and complaining the whole time they were here, I have now discovered that the American Furniture Warehouse delivery men helped me achieve a new level of CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION, by not even actually assembling the couch! Please tell me what was the purpose of the delivery?! What the actual fudge is the delivery fee for?! I only discovered this after I heard squeaking and grinding as we tried to recline and sit. And when I pulled on the top of the seats they all came apart. I have no idea if there is damage now and I cant begin to express my anger enough. This is the 2nd time AFW has failed massively. I realized as i came here to leave this review they botched our delivery for my daughter's bedroom set 4 & 1/2 years ago. I had forgotten that, and inadvertently i have given them another chance. Its good to see they consistently fail. My mistake. Smh.

I stumbled upon this place and instantly liked the grey sofa they had, which I was told comes in a sectional! Yay me! Bruce and Terry got me a great deal on the sofa. They told me it was a brand new product. And I had asked about when it would be delivered. It was Memorial Day weekend so they told me it might take a little longer, up to a week. I then did not hear from them for a week, so I called to check in. Bruce told me that the date they were supposed to get the couch was not until June 18th. I was shocked and upset. Bruce informed me that he was not aware I was given a delivery date of a week, because it was a new product and there was no way to guarantee that. He apologized profusely and wanted to accommodate me best he could. He asked me if there was anything else I needed, and I still needed a dinette. So he encouraged me to come in and he would give me a great price and free delivery if the table and couch could be delivered together. I went in and found a great dinette and again a price incomparable to anything I had seen at other stores. My couch ended up coming in June 13th. Bruce called me as soon as he got it and asked if I was available that day to get it delivered to me. I said yes yes!! So upon delivery, turns out they forgot the table. Bruce assured me they would bring it to me the next day (it was already the end of the day and he didn't think they could make it back out to my area in Montrose). They brought back the table next day as promised. Overall, the furniture is great quality for the price! But I unfortunately had some bumps. They did do everything possible to make the process less painful. I would for sure return to this store!
