    Having to wait 15-20 mins just to drop off a FedEx package & get a receipt is RIDICULOUS!!

    FYI - 5 stars for Shane; HelloTech as an Installation Subcontractor for Rachio about a 2 (advertise…read morenext day service - unable to meet my schedule; took them 2 days to find a Rachio installer tech - must confess, it was my understanding that the Rachio Installation Techs were HelloTech employees - appears HelloTech subcontracts out the work. Shane from JC Smart Homes Installation (apparently a subcontractor to HelloTech) was professional, personal, knowledgeable of the product, and of the job. Removal of old controller and installation of Rachio 3 a bit more complicated than first appeared; installer of old controller did a very professional job, and so its removal and power to new unit took a bit more work, including realigning the Rachio 3 to meet the power and zone valve wiring of the old conduit (not nearly as simple as the diagrams and videos would have one believe - certainly reinforced my decision to hire a pro); BUT, nevertheless, Shane completed a very professional-looking installation (including caulking the Rachio "waterproof enclosure" as an additional safety precaution (a welcome finishing touch)); setup the fairly simple initial Rachio zones and watering schedule and tested the controller and cellphone for operation; offered to help finalize the schedules but I declined (being retired and somewhat of a computer nerd, provides another "toy" to play with). Very satisfied with the installation by Shane; while the initial setup was fairly simple (thks to Shane), time will tell how "simple" it is for me. At my request, Shane did leave a number to contact him if I needed any further assistance in setting up the Rachio 3 and/or schedules.

    I purchased a TV from Walmart. On Walmart website, there is an option to select…read moremounting/installation service for $79, which is paid at the time of purchase. So, I purchased the service and was sent confirmation that a Hello Tech would make contact with me to schedule the install. On September 24, 2024, I received the email requesting that I select the date and time to install. I selected the evening of September 24, 2024, from 6pm to 8pm. Approximately two hours later the appointment was cancelled with no explanation. Because Walmart site indicates no refund on mounting services, I made contact with Hello Tech via phone. I was advised that my location was outside of their service area. They didn't even mention refunding my money. When I asked about the money I had already paid, I was advised that it would take 4 to 6 weeks before a check could be sent out to me, or 7 to 14 days by PayPal. I requested the PayPal method of reimbursement. As of date, I have not received my money. Why would you accept a job, take the money, then say you do not service the area. I ended up paying another company to mount my television, while I continue to wait on my refund. This service (or lack of service) is terrible; I would not recommend Hello Tech to anyone.

I dropped my coat off by itself for a regular dry cleaning. When I arrived on the date it was supposed to be ready, I was informed that they had lost the belt that cinched my coat and that they were looking for it and for me to come back three days later to see if they had found the belt. When I arrived three days later, they still had not found the belt. The employee told me that I could continue waiting, I could go ahead and take the coat as it is without the belt, or I could file a claim for the missing belt. I decided to continue to wait because the employee said that a lot of times the pieces are found in production. After a little bit more time, I arrived again to check on the belt and pick up my coat. I was informed that they still had not found the belt. My options were to leave the coat there and file a claim for the whole coat or file a claim just for the belt. I decided to file a claim, but did not want to leave my whole coat there so I filed a claim just for the belt, but to be clear the coat is not very useful without the belt that cinches the coat together. After I filed a claim for the belt, I was still required to pay the $27.70 that it cost to dry clean my now useless coat. I will never be using this dry cleaning service ever again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values their clothing. Their customer service policies are horrific and problematic to say the least.

First time I thought it was maybe a fluke and just fixed it myself, but it happened again yesterday and, based on the other reviews here, it seems to be a consistent problem of theirs.
