I looked for the closest service center and found Jeff at Walker Business Machines. He told me he could look at it if I brought it from Pensacola Florida to him but suggested I try a few things and if that did not work email him and he would send some links to help resolve the issue. I had to email him but he sent the links and I followed the instruction and resolved my issue! He was very helpful, considerate, and knowgledgable. I HIGHLY recommend them. In my experience any one can sell you product but service is what makes the difference. My nect printer will be from them even if it is an hour and a half away.

I get all of my necessary office items here and do a fair amount of printing jobs with them. The location itself is pretty standard for any Office Depot. Parking is always really easy and the store is wide open and plenty bright to find all of those riveting office supplies you may be in the market for. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have had to wait a few times for some of the printed items. But I also have been very last minute on some things that they have worked with me on in the past. As long as I live and work over this way, this will be my go-to store for all things office supply related. PS - I have never written office supply this many times in a review... there, I wrote it again.

The problems started when I got to the check out. The young lady working the register was having trouble with her log in info. While trying to resolve the issue, she was talking on some kind of ear-piece walkie talkie thing, smirking and giggling about not being able to use the register, she walked to the next register at least twice to whisper to the clerk there, finally she got good info thru her secret service communication device and was able to get on with checking me out. My main issue here is that she failed to even have the courtesy to say anything at all to me...just talking all around me...came across as a rude way to treat a customer. Staples or Office Depot are much better.

There is ample parking outside. They carry everything anyone would ever need for office supplies. Note, this is not a specialty store, art store etc. so you wont' find unique or hard to find office supplies. But if you are looking for your basics plus a little more, this is a great place to go, decent prices and helpful staff. Not much more to say!

I could hear the person moving around and moving the phone, but I guess my call just wasn't important enough to handle.
