My iPhone needed a new charger port, so after some research I took it to CPR…read more I explained the problem to the tech, expecting to have to leave it for at least an hour, and to pay $70-$100 to get it fixed. He listened carefully, took my phone, asked me to wait. About 5 minutes later he brought my phone back, said he had given port a good cleaning and promised me it would work fine. He charged $20. My iPhone has worked perfectly since then! It had been driving me crazy before, now it's good as new! He could have easily told me to come back in an hour, done the 5 minute cleaning, and charged me $100, I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead he was honest, did the job right, and made me a very happy and loyal customer! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION

I asked where's Verizon!!!? Went there, explained,Mr.Travis Poundmore was awesome! In 2 minutes,he handed my phone back working great,AND NO MORE CRACKS!!!!? He'd peeled the(broken up) plastic off the screen,If not done! WOW!!! T-Mobile can blow me!!! Definitely with Verizon now,a long with my family...T Mobile,hire a white person, they're TRULY THE ONLY HELP...THO I HATE TO SAY THAT! BUT THEY TREATED ME LIKE SHIT,TRIED TO MAKE ME BUY ANOTHER 300$ PHONE!! And I don't like being cussed....In English or Ebonics!!! Fuckin ignorant idiots! This store has very poor customer service! Especially Felicity she's racist & does not like to help…read moreminorities with their accounts. I went in to simply do an upgrade ...gave her my license & she said that I wasn't listed on the account...then stated oh your with Sprint not TMobile. When the sign on the door clearly says Sprint is now TMobile! Then another worker tried to explain that the registers are different & she was just as rude! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!!! Went to the TMobile in EastChase & had a totally different experience!
