I had a very disappointing experience at Office Depot due to the behavior of the assistant manager, Daniel. I originally ordered a customized stamp and, after picking it up, noticed it appeared too small. I brought this up to a sales associate and was told to give it a few hours for the ink to set and that it would become clearer and appear larger. Unfortunately, it did not. I later returned to the store and was told to bring back the receipt and the stamp so they could make it right. When I came back with both items, Daniel acknowledged that they would fix it, but instead of handling the situation professionally, he scolded me and gave me an unnecessary lecture about customized items being nonreturnable and what I "should have done" differently. I explained that I was following the instructions given to me by their staff, but his attitude was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Even though the issue was eventually addressed, the way I was treated was unacceptable. Customer service should never make a customer feel blamed or talked down to, especially when they are acting based on guidance from the store. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. read more

This is the store that we visit when in Rosenberg for office supplies, which honestly is a little bit better in terms of not being too busy, and in terms of having stock, than the one in Westchase that we try not to go to. Manager was completely rude and could care less that her cashier locked 1000 dollars out of my bank account. They screwed up the discount twice and had to do the returns to fix them twice. Well returns don't credit back to your account instantly. So Between the two returns they have 1k locked up in my account until it filters back. The manager could care less. She just shrugged her shoulders and clicked her tongue and said oh well what do you expect me to do. I said you really don't give a flying fuck about any kind of customer service do you. She just shrugged and said whatever and walked off. Cashier asked her, Ah what should I do here. She told him. Well they'll leave eventually. Hands down. I don't write reviews often, but this time it's an absolute must. Today I purchased an expand file from Office Depot among other items. Once I arrived home, I opened it up and found dead bugs, animal poop, and ripped and water damaged file pockets. I wish I would've thought to take pictures, but I closed it immediately and put it in back in the bag so I could wash my hands off. I am beyond disgusted and will be returning all items I purchased today as soon as they open tomorrow. I feel like everything is dirty and infested now. The sales associate was very rude and disrespectful. Just because I needed something laminated. I had to get the manager and he agreed to assist me after talking for 5-7 mins I ended up leaving the store at 7:52pm all they had to do was their job. It was only 2 customers inside the store. Manager was cool af, helped me with a copier. His haircut a little sideways but still chill.

I went to buy a copier. Asked for assistance from the young man at the counter. He knew less about the copiers than I did. He didn't really want to be bothered. All three employees at the store did their best to ignore me. I finally selected a copier and bought it. I would have gone to Best Buy two doors down, but they closed the store. They had the same kind of unmotivated and don't give a damn employees as Office Depot. Guess I have to go to Houston after this, because the Rosenberg stores are totally useless. They should just close and go away read more
