Doing business printing services should not feel this difficult. This Thursday morning around 8AM, I visited Office Depot after preparing everything the night before for an important print order. I downloaded all of my documents onto a thumb drive and came ready to print and purchase a printer for my business. When I first arrived, one male employee told me someone would assist me with printing and my printer purchase. However, once I got to the print center, the experience became extremely frustrating and confusing. I was assisted by an associate named Rebekah, who directed me to the self-service station even though: * I clearly explained I needed assistance * I had my thumb drive ready * There were no active print jobs being completed behind the counter at the time The self-service area was already crowded, and multiple customers seemed confused and needed assistance as well. Several of us had to repeatedly call Rebekah back over to help. I remained patient and respectful the entire time because I understand customer service jobs can be stressful, but the level of support provided was disappointing. When it was finally my turn to use the self-service printer, I again explained that I was unfamiliar with the system because of the type of printing project I needed completed. Rebekah briefly showed me how to insert the paper, but when I had another question, she immediately walked away before fully assisting me. The entire interaction left me feeling unsupported and honestly unwelcome. As a business owner who is beginning to offer new printing-related services through my company, this experience really put a bad taste in my mouth. I normally enjoy shopping at Office Depot, but this particular location and experience made me question whether I'll return. I truly hope management improves customer assistance in the print center because customers should not feel lost or ignored when seeking help, especially during slower hours. read more

Do not buy ink at these stores. I bought a HP Ink cartridge of color ink that is counterfeit or damaged and they will not replace it. I have the 3 cartridges and the box it came in, but threw away the receipt not knowing they are scammers and are selling inferior products. They will not do anything about it and I am a rewards member for 13 years. I will not be shopping at this rude store anymore or at Office Depot anymore. I have bought printers, laptops and supplies for years and now we know why they are closing stores because they SUCK! read more

I brought a computer 3-2025 and sign up for tech support for a year. when the year comes up, on 3-17 -26 I call to cancel the service and I was told it will take 7 - 10 business days to receive my credit. 10 days later, I didn't get the refund and I called again. I was told i will get the credit the night I call. 2 days later still no credit. I called again and I was told they will escalate my request , another 2 days no refund. now 4-3-26 I called again , I was told, my refund will take 7-10 business days from the day of the escalation. there was no answer for the reason why it continued postpone. it's been very frustrated my bank is going to charge interest if I don't pay my bill and yet who knows when am I going to get my money back. read more

What could improve is the value and the customer service. I stopped at Office Depot today on 441 State road 7 and Southern Boulevard. I was shocked when I wanted to use the paper cutter. They told me it's behind the counter and the cutter cost 37 cents Per Page. I said are you serious 37 cents that sounds like a lot. I went to the manager to ask how could that be .37 cents each? Is if that price for customers that order online from you and buy ink cartridges and all of that stuff. Without even looking up a person's account to see if they purchase lots of office supplies, you charge your customers that you have our account information here 37 cents? And... he said yeah 37 cents... that's right 37 cents, yep. This is the manager. He shouldn't be the manager. I'm the customer I had a viable question. It seemed like an awful lot just to cut the paper he said it's a service and I said well we used to cut the paper ourselves. He said, will not anymore. That was rude and he will not have my business again, and neither will any other Office Depot, ever again. Office Depot is wondering why you're dying on the vine. I am really pleased with this location! I have come here three days in a row needing assistance with the printing and designing services and each time I arrive, the staff is always willing and able to assist me. The employees are very knowledgeable about the services provided and complete the tasks expeditiously. They are pleasant and are the main reason I frequent this location. Even though it may be a while before I need additional services, this location will certainly be the one to which I return. I ordered ink and a stamp. received a text that there was a problem with the order and called the store. Not only did he not find the stamp he said the order was complete after they cancelled the order because they didn't have the ink. He had no patience when I was speaking and kept talking over me. I asked for a manager. The manager was much more helpful; She found the order and confirmed that the stamp order was processing. Is there a reading and/or customer service test being given for these positions? I am goint to have to find another solution for office supplies. read more

I was shipped wrong tire by ebay and had to drop off at a FedEx pickup. They're listed as a drop off location but after waiting 5 minutes I asked the girl if I could leave the tire and that it was pre-labeled and paid. She said she didn't think they took tires and when she couldn't find an answer just got annoyed and said I'm sorry I'm pretty sure we can't take that you have to go to fedex directly. Tires are accepted with just a label by fedex and ups all the time. They are unbreakable so no need for any packaging but she seemed like she just didn't want to deal with it. Thanks for wasting my time by rolling a 20" tire through a busy parking lot and then back to the truck. All she had to do was roll it in the pile with the rest of the packages and let fedex pick it up tomorrow. I need packing tape and printer paper but definitely wasn't going back in office depot for that now. read more

I went to fix my laptop because it was not turning on, they told me that it was better to join the annual membership so, in case I have future problems I would be covered. I been told that someone suppose to call me and let me know when it was ready, but no one called, so I called and they told that the technician left for the day but the laptop it was ready for pick up. The laptop was not closed properly, they opened because they did something to hard drive, and the speaker are not working and the keyboard is not working neither. They did not installed the Office Depot Personal Technician App for my new membership on my screen and neither the antivirus that suppose comes the package. Luckily I have a desktop where I am working right now, otherwise I would be losing a lot of business since I am in real estate. Their lack of training and professionalism in some of the staff is the main factor in this is issue. They are a big brand and they are HP official repair center, which make them more liable and a big disappointment. read more

Worst Copy center ever. They are so slow and don't know how to manage people while they work. I asked if I could come back rather than wait in the slow line. They said yes but then didn't tell me that I needed to pay for it. I had to return to the store, pay and wait 30 additional minutes. Worthless. read more

I had a deadline to meet. Greg in the shipping department was awesome. I was so nervous, I was shaking that I wasn't going to get the package mailed out plus make an apt in the middle. He took care of everything. So glad this office depot is on my neighborhood. Plus they didn't give me any problem using a coupon I had just received in the mail. Note. There was a line of about 10 people but it took 12 minutes for me to get to the front of the line which I thought was reasonable. Also, once they are working on your project you no longer have to wait in line, just go to the pick up line. read more

I was in the store to pick up a print order I placed online the night before and was greeted by Miguel in the printing department. After reviewing my order I was extremely happy with the quality and since he was very nice and welcoming I decided to ask if he could help me with printing our logo on a few folders and a few business cards (I didn't think it would be able to be done on such short notice). Miguel was very helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. He helped edit the logo onto the folders and had my entire order ready for me when I returned from running a few errands. I will definitely be back to have other printing services done in the future! read more

I had to come here because the STAPLES across the street closed down (so saddened by that)! The cartridge I was buying was $5 more but I needed it so badly I had to get it. I also ran out of paper and staples had a deal for a ream of paper for 1 cent after rebate but had to pay full price at Office Depot! Ugh... OD is definitely more expensive compared to staples and much more limited selection. read more

Ended up going to the a shipping store (Eagle Shipping) and got what I needed, cheaper and great service. Free tip to the person greeting us today, faux hawks are out just like the mullet! read more

I frequent Office Depot minimum once a month, so I'm basing my review on my overall experience and not just on one. Overall I am happy to recommend this location, it's clean, lots of parking available, they run good specials, and overall although their could be more staff when I have needed assistance I've received it. Don't expect Wal-Mart discount prices here, but expect to be able to go in and out with your office supplies. Yes, I have witnessed line delays and some frustration at the printing / shipping area so with that said management can look to improve this. FYI I typically run down to this store in the evenings. (that might make a difference) read more

This was by far the worst office depot service I have ever received. One staff in particular a female treated me with disgust and would not even look up to me when I was asking questions. She left me at the printer and was very rude, not attending to me and it was in poor taste. She was unpleasant and rude. If you hate your job, don't work there. We are all humans read more

I was in Monday about 7:30pm and just needed a few items, only 1 person checking out 4-5 standing around and of course the 1 person in front of me had something complicated to discuss! Nobody else offered to help me and I finally put my stuff down and walked out. Terrible customer service! They will be out of business soon. Management must suck. read more
