I was in this location of Apple to pick up and set up a new phone. I admitted to being early for an appointment. At mid afternoon on a Thursday the store was packed. There were lots of employees but the place seemed a bit chaotic. When I walked in I asked the security guard where to go then told somewhere else, then somewhere else and somewhere else. Customers, especially elderly ones, were very frustrated by the direction or lack of it to make their product function. The younger customers, think 13/14ish, who just wanted to pay for corded earbuds, yes they still sell those, were pretty much ignored. This is what I observed while patiently waiting. Then suddenly the store was almost empty. I was passed off to four different employees before my phone was done. The employees seemed to be bouncing or rotating through the store. This certainly added to the confusion. Next time I think I'll choose a different location. When I'm paying over 2k for a product I expect better service but the kids didn't deserve to be ignored either. read more

I went to the Wellington Green Mall to buy a gift for my mom, who lives in the Bahamas. She's been wanting the new iPhone, so I decided to get her the iPhone 16 Pro Max, even though she currently has an iPhone 13 Pro Max. She truly deserves a new phone!! I walked into the store and was immediately helped. I love the new design of the store since it reopened - it's really clean and modern. I told them I needed an unlocked iPhone 16 Pro Max, 256GB, in white, and they had exactly what I wanted. The only downside was that the newer iPhones don't come with a wall adapter, so I had to buy that separately. Bummer. A way to get more money out of you. Overall, the service was quick and efficient, and the store looked great. It was a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. read more

I came into the Apple store with my husband. I had to wait 30 minutes to see a technician. I was so disappointed with the technician today he could not help me with my watch. I have a beautiful Apple Watch that I can't use. when I put on the watch I get a reactions from the watch itself not the band a terrible circle where the watch was is created that itches and has red circle. I asked the technician if he knows of a skin protector, that can be used. Instead of him asking other technicians if they come across the problem, he just gave me a plain blank answer "can't help you". I had a good experience at this Apple Store thanks to the well prepared and organized way they had here for all the customers. First of all, the only way to get into the store is if you have an appointment. I also like how they take your temperature even if you have an appointment and you're going to go in. So this is how it works: you get an appointment, then you show up and show your appointment confirmation, after that you make a line in there they will take your temperature, and then they will call you in. Since I bought My phone online I went to pick it up and I was out in less than 10 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was that the address that it was on the website was wrong and it took me like 10 minutes to get to this place by car and then I found out that it was inside this mall. read more

I ordered the new iPhone 14 online and was able to pick up the color of my choice and storage size at the Wellington Green mall the same evening that I placed my order. I scheduled a appointment time to pick up my iPhone at the mall and was greeted by a very nice gentleman who assisted me to set up my new phone and transferred my iCloud stored numbers, texts and photos from one phone to another . He was very patient as was I because , he was interrupted with tons of questions by other customers. The only disadvantage is that my carrier, Cricket, does not have a contract with Apple so I had to personally visit a Cricket store to initiate phone service on my device. I did have a service issue when I travelled to another country but that was my err and upon my return, the reps at this mall were able to guide me. Nice service. Clean store . We had made reservations and arrived on time and a lovely young man came to help me with issues to do with my phone. Lots of issues. When we came right down to it and Siri could not work hubby and I opted to get a new phone with the ATT plan. Now a new person comes over. The cost is doable so we say ok. Nelson and the following gentleman were awesome taking care to be sure that the new phone would have everything the old phone had plus more. I made an appointment at the Apple Store in Wellington mall and brought 2 devices. They told me they could only address one of my devices and they couldn't take a look at my other device for AN HOUR! I had to choose between my daughter's phone or my sick father's phone. Turns out that there was only debris in my father's phone and a quick cleaning was the remedy. So I asked again if they could look at my other phone, they told me I was "skipping the line". After making an appointment at the gardens location later in same day. I'm getting the other phone serviced and the person across the table has 2 devices with her! And guess what happened? The Palm Beach Gardens Apple store serviced both devices in her one appointment! I came three months ago and the "genius" supposedly ordered a replacement part. Three months later, when I call to check on status cause I haven't heard anything, there's no record of a repair being opened and the part was not ordered. I call and spend 45 minutes on the phone because no one in the store would answer the phone. I drive all the way to the store and what do I see? Five employees standing around doing nothing, but when I call, the store is "too busy" to answer the phone. There's no one who can take a moment to discuss my situation at the Genius Bar even for a moment and no available appointments because they're fully booked. But the store is empty. Usually I go to the Boca location. Today as a last minute plan decided to go to Apple store located in Wellington. This store is smaller but service is one star above Boca. A little background information: I love Apple products and usually try to stick with them. I wanted to upgrade my iPhone 6s since having it for 2-3 years, I felt like the battery was starting to draining fairly quickly. I do use my phone the whole day at work listening to music and books. But it seemed like a hassle always trying to charge it. Since I was upgrading my plan I couldn't order my phone online. Going in store was not so bad, they were busy but I was helped fairly quickly by Luis. I would recommend setting up your new phone at the store since sometimes the number doesn't switch over right away. They have a setting up phone station, Michael was pretty helpful there. However, with T-Mobile I still had to call my carrier since my phone was not automatically syncing to my new phone. I've had the iPhone X for over a week know and I am loving it. Charging my phone hardly once a day is making me happy as well. Lastly loving the new features and the camera is so much better than previous iPhone models. ~ read more

Terrible customer service and not helpful at all. Very money hungry!! I was given a code by Apple Support to have my computer fixed at no charge and then the code wouldn't work and no one would do anything to correct the problem. They want me to pay $448 to fix it when the Operating System updated automatically and from then on the computer would not work. Prior to this my computer was working perfectly fine. HORRIBLE experience! Manager Keith was even rude and condescending to my 80 year old mother who was in a wheelchair! I was desperately trying to buy an Apple watch for her in case she fell (she lives alone and I am flying out today) I called ahead and they put it to the side but when we got there we were told we had to wait 35-45 minutes. Walked in about 2.5 hours before it was closing time and we are cutting it close but we made it to the window of making it through. Greeted very friendly even with the constant chaos that seems to never end at an Apple store. The store was fully stocked had a great variety of new beats and phones to see and try out. Store was clean and had good positive energy. But my five stars goes to an employee who went above and beyond. Chris was amazing, very patient , cheerful and constantly checking on us even after the delay of our phone was taking forever. We felt comfortable in our spot waiting, but Chris truly made the effort. We were thankful not only to have a resolution but for his engagement and outstanding customer service.
