Not very knowledgeable, difficulty with calculating the number of pages, unable to offer anything but simple copying.

Dropped into OffDepot for a quick fix on my computer. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the only person waiting on customers 10 feet away totally ignored us, not even a 'be with you in a moment.'. He finally waited on us, and fixed (so he said) the minor problem. When I got home I discovered that he had messed up my computer so badly, I now have to find someone to fix it. I won't go back to OffDepot! Worse than the customer service was the condition of the store. Dirt all over the floor with a pile pushed up against the tech counter. We had seen that pile when we were there 8 hours earlier in the day. We were told there is no custodial staff. Say what? While it may not matter, the man's fingernails were bitten down below the quick and they looked horrible and disgusting. Office Depots usual service has gone wanting :( read more

The young man working at the Wenatchee Office Depot copy center on Wednesday, Oct. 30th around 9:30 am was incredibly helpful. We had just left FedEx and experienced a rude and unhelpful person when we went in to have 40 photos scanned for my father's funeral. The help we received at Office Max was above and beyond and we are so grateful for his kindness, knowledge, and assistance. I witnessed him be just as helpful to several other customers while we were there. He's an exceptional employee. read more

The worst if you want to pick up a printout/copy of a document. I've used them twice for simple print jobs. You order online, pay your fee, wait for an email stating your order is ready, and then wait for them to try and find it. The latest episode was today. I ordered 2 copies of a 1 page document, got confirmation that it was ready to pick up, ran down there, checked the completed orders stand (which they don't seem to utilize), found nothing and stood in line for 15 - 20 minutes while 2 service clerks tried to help other customers. One that was deciding what they wanted while the clerk paced around doing nothing else and the other helping a gentleman that was looking for AN 80 PAGE DOCUMENT that they couldn't locate. The clerk helping him was befudlled and out of places to look, so he was literally just standing around looking puzzled. Not offering to help anyone else and not helping the client, he started with. I finally lost it, demanded that they get my 2 pages for me, got told I was out of line and they were waiting on other customers, apologized to the gentleman that was looking for his 80 page document because i did accost his clerk, explaining that I was profusely sorry for interrupting but don't hold your breath because that place is totally inept and they'll be looking for his document way longer than either of us want to stand around. He was offended at first but quickly came around and agreed with me. In fact, we parted as newfound friends. The only good outcome from this miserable experience. Long story shortened, I got my 2 pages in 1 minute, the poor gentleman that was looking for his lost 80 pages was left dealing with idiots (he was way too nice) and I got out of there. I'll probably order a printer off Amazon so I don't have to deal with them a third time. I gave them 2 stars but, on reflection, changed it to 1 (and that's too many). read more

I called shortly after they opened on a Saturday morning, I was having trouble at home printing a map. I asked if someone could assist me there since I wasn't able to convert the map successfully as a printable option at home. The guy on the phone said they could help if I just came down to the print center. So I drove down and a customer service woman asked me if I was there to pick something up. I told her I needed help printing a map, and she told me "Well you have to save it as a PDF and just use that self-serve kiosk over there" and walked away. I didn't have a chance to explain the conversation I had on the phone earlier. She never even asked if I needed help. I stood there embarrassed and after a few minutes of fumbling on my phone, I just walked away. She noticed me leaving without my map, and never said a word. read more

I have always had excellent customer service except today. The young reddish haired man at front counter, was very rude and condescending. My company uses Office Depot printing all the time and that department is excellent.... And young man, there are technicians in our valley who service business copy machines, contrary to what you implied to me. read more

Wow! Sorry to hear about everybody else's experiences, but mine have always been exactly the opposite! I've been greeted by staff ready to help 99% of the time, directed to where the item I needed was located, and asked at check out if they can help with anything else. I've been shopping here since 2010. read more

Our Office Depot located in Wenatchee... This store has served our area for many years, but good service is lacking at this store.

It's ok. Not the greatest prices or most knowledgeable staff around, but it's an office supply store centrally located in Wenatchee.

Their customer service is horrible here. I medically can't wear a mask and neither can my husband. He went in there and flipped out on him because of it and wouldn't serve him or even listen to him. I ordered online for curb pickup. Called them when I was there they said someone would bring it right out. 20 mins later I finally walked in. The lady at the front freaked out and was rude to me.I told I can't wear a mask and I ordered curb side because of that but no one brought me my stuff. I stayed over 6 feet from anyone but She acted like I had leprosy. She finally went and found my stuff. I used to like this Corporation. But I will never be using them again. I have a big following on line that I used to recommend Office Depot to but I will now be telling that network and all my friends and family not to. I've never been treated so poorly! If I have to pay more going elsewhere but getting better service then I will!!! read more
