In fact, I was rather appalled at the treatment I received at one of the largest and well known furniture and mattress stores in East Wenatchee. On my way home I happened to see the sign for Perfect Fit and stopped in. I was greeted by Marcy and after explaining the dilemma I had with my room layout she made several valuable suggestions. No high pressure, no arm twisting, just a genuine desire to help. I left and went home to take some additional measurements. Went back the next day and purchased a box spring and mattress set along with a complete bed frame. Marcy and her husband delivered it when we needed it and made sure it was set up to our satisfaction. After looking over the layout we decided to add another piece, as well, which I bought the next business day. We got a great deal, good quality, and excellent service for our money.

When I hit another dead end in this annoying process of reinstallation, I was prepared to just give in and go to the shop in person, inevitably spending some money, but the man who had helped me previously kindly walked me through the next step over the phone -- he was legitimately the most helpful person I could have contacted, and didn't seem interested in parting me with my money. I have huge respect to the folks at the PC Smith, it can't be an easy job constantly dealing with banal tech issues like mine. I will 100% return here with any future problems!

My time is as important as anyone else's. 2. No UPS man knocked on my door, no label saying he stopped by, no ringing my doorbell. 3. NOW, I learn from eBay the UPS man could NOT find my house. NOW UPS is holding my package. But at which location? There are three. What? He hasn't been trained to know how to use his GPS when I am 2 blocks from the Chelan county courthouse and UPS has delivered packages to me before? Now I have to wait and find out which UPS office has my package so I don't waste my time going to the other 2 UPS offices by mistake. If I could rate UPS at O I gladly would have.
