He finally waited on us, and fixed (so he said) the minor problem. When I got home I discovered that he had messed up my computer so badly, I now have to find someone to fix it. I won't go back to OffDepot! Worse than the customer service was the condition of the store. Dirt all over the floor with a pile pushed up against the tech counter. We had seen that pile when we were there 8 hours earlier in the day. We were told there is no custodial staff. Say what? While it may not matter, the man's fingernails were bitten down below the quick and they looked horrible and disgusting. Office Depots usual service has gone wanting :(

In fact, I was rather appalled at the treatment I received at one of the largest and well known furniture and mattress stores in East Wenatchee. On my way home I happened to see the sign for Perfect Fit and stopped in. I was greeted by Marcy and after explaining the dilemma I had with my room layout she made several valuable suggestions. No high pressure, no arm twisting, just a genuine desire to help. I left and went home to take some additional measurements. Went back the next day and purchased a box spring and mattress set along with a complete bed frame. Marcy and her husband delivered it when we needed it and made sure it was set up to our satisfaction. After looking over the layout we decided to add another piece, as well, which I bought the next business day. We got a great deal, good quality, and excellent service for our money.

I have huge respect to the folks at the PC Smith, it can't be an easy job constantly dealing with banal tech issues like mine. I will 100% return here with any future problems!

He hasn't been trained to know how to use his GPS when I am 2 blocks from the Chelan county courthouse and UPS has delivered packages to me before?
