While I was in there, I set my phone down on the counter to look at something on their computer screen. When I left, I forgot my brand new, very expensive phone. I had somebody at home call my phone, and they answered and said they had it. The couple who owns and runs this location is an Indian couple and they are honest. That is who answered my phone. They were there to pick up my phone and keep it for me to come back and get it. I am very grateful to them, honesty is something hard to find today, especially in business. On a more practical side, even though I didn't use them for anything complicated, it looked like they had your typical kinkos printing capabilities. They didn't have a computer set up if you need internet access on something other than a cell phone screen. When I came back to get my phone they had two UPS trucks outside. One was fast service and the other was regular ground. I seem to remember they said they can also ship through Fedex, but fedex sucks anyway, don't use them.

When Ric finally came out, he briefly said he would be right back without making eye contact.When he returned, his behavior was passive-aggressive and entirely unhelpful. He completely stood back during our mat and frame selection, forcing me to prompt him to display the options on the computer. Furthermore, he was condescending when explaining how to handle my old frame, and he actively tried to pivot to helping another customer who arrived after us.As a loyal customer who has brought in four framing projects recently--and had wonderful experiences with Chloe--this interaction was incredibly frustrating. I expect much better customer service and hope this matter is addressed. 5 stars for Chloe (sp?), with 1 star for Ric, equates to 3 stars.
