They also do all the general services that a FedEx does. It's a plus that there's five or six locations locally! So if you ever need a notary definitely go to one of the UPS stores. We went to the one at Central and Woodlawn, both of the employees were very friendly and helpful. They also have a copy machine if you want to do everything yourself.

A woman was taking quite a long time to scan her things. I stood behind her. The lady behind the counter said she could help the next person, so I went up to her. My package was all ready to go - label & tape and everything. She asked if I wanted a receipt. No thank you. That was that! I asked a question: "do you do color copies?" Yes! They do! i went back to my car & got my paper for color copies. Came back in, she asked, "how many?" I said "15." It was done, Lickety-split! Very fast! I asked her another question: "is that a laminator" she said, "no, that's for printing large posters or on canvas. We DO have a laminator in the back, though." Very useful to know all of these things! The lady was great. Efficient, smart, kind, professional. The place is clean & well-organized. Now I have a UPS store to go to! Hurray !!!

Both of my packages were disgustingly under packed (we are talking 1 strip of tape on the box for a 35 lb item in one case). Needless to say something priceless to me was destroyed by this store. Additionally I need them to work the refund for the shipping and thus far 3 days of no one available to talk to. So not only was my property destroyed I paid for it. This post is to warn others. View your item being packed in person or just don't ship 1 of a kind items. You will be left heartbroken. I was there for the parcel and was asked how would i like to pay, so i asked if i can pay by cash and remaining balance by card. The lady Cynthia said yes. So my total was $74.94 (it was international parcel), i gave her $60 cash n asked her to charge remaining $14.94 from my card. After i slide my card and the time to confirm the price it showed me full amount on the pad, so again i asked her why there is full amount here in the pin pad, she said she can see its in her system showing i am paying $60 cash n remaining from card so not to worry about that. So I trusted her word. I was in hurry so didn't thought of checking my receipt (which was my big mistake). Now i see in my bank statement that they charged me full $74.94 from my card. Where did my $60 go???? I called n talked to the manager there (who was not helpful at all). He said he cant help me for this.
